generally the service is good .i was lucky and had to push for a quicker date the normal procedure from seeing a engineer and getting a new appliance is a long winded procedure . normally you would have to wait at least 5 working days . when your using a washing machine daily and have to wait a week its too long . but i was lucky the support from staff on the phone managed to get a REPLACMENT in 2 days AFTER ENGINEER . THE ENGINEER WAS MESSY WHO FIRST CAME AND DID NOT TIDY UP, LEAVING THE FLOOR IN a great deal of MESS and dangerous ESPECIALLY NOT APPROPRIATE I AM DISABLED.
