I waited for six weeks to have my washing machine damaged parts to be replaced. But parts were difficult to obtain, in the end G&GI offered me a new washing machine which I'm most grateful for.
I was also given a amount for the inconveniences costs which I was also happy for. I plan celebrate my birthday and my husbands birthday with the sum.
