My 92 year mother in law took out a repair plan the first week of March for her cooker with a promise they would fix the problem she had. It's now May 28th and they have still not fixed it - every time they send an engineer it is (the same) incorrect part that arrives. I have spent hours on the phone, sent them photos and sent numerous emails and have eventually given up and asked for a refund for her. Service is non existant, do not use.
