Had I known how they would handle my repair I would never have taken their insurance policy.
Bad customer service.
Miscommunication between the company and their engineers.
Waste of time. Taking unnecessary time to repair.
Lack of explanation on what they are going to do.
Resolutions team has no experience on what they're trying to resolve.
