A boiler should be covered full but they exclude certain items flues re pressurising systems expansion vessel blockages powerflush
They replace items not to manufactures instruction
Don’t treat the heating systems with inhibitor which will escalate problems further
Keep well away cowboy outfit
Or report them to trade and standards or panorama scam
