Horrible customer experience. Waiting over a month to repair my washing machine, keep getting told I’ll get a call back on 4 different occasions and no one calls. Got told the washing machine would be replaced if the parts not in the following day. The following day I called I was told there was a mistake and they can’t replace machine as I have a different type of cover but if I have been told they will replace then they will. Called back the next day and was told they can’t replace and can cancel the policy then I can buy a new washing machine? Fed up of dealing with these guys.
