D & G have been taking monthly direct debits for four years so that I have cover for my Leisure cooker including accidental damage. I have been waiting for over a fortnight for them to sort my claim. They use another company to do the repairs. I had to wait for a week to get an engineers appointment then the engineer rang on the morning of the appointment to say he had not got the part - ten days later I am still waiting. Rubbish customer service.
