AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS AT ALL COST. I wish I had read the reviews before signing up.
I have had an engineer out twice for the same problem and each time he leaves the fault always returns on the next wash cycle. The engineer does not investigate what is causing the problem. Obviously there’s a bigger problem here. I have not been able to do my washing for for over 2 weeks.
I have just wasted 45mins on hold to only get through to someone on hotpoint repairs eventually called Lauren who was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. She refused to put me through to a her manager Janine and then later refused to put me through to the complaints department when I have a genuine complaint.
Save your money and start saving for your next appliance it’s less stressful.
