Don't go near them, offered me an upgraded TV to replace my broken LG TV. The supposed upgrade, which i also had to pay extra for,was a cheap pile of rubbish and now they say hard luck. The complaints office were not interested, worst customer service I have ever come across.Was told they would call back in 24 hrs, 10 days later i had to call them and still they tried to fob me off.The so called customer advisors don't have a clue, steer well clear of this bunch of clowns. Scammers.
