Seriously, don’t bother ! Put the £15 a month away towards a new appliance when you might need to buy a new one. The whole point of the cover for me is to get a timely repair, what’s the point when they expect you to wait 3weeks for an engineer to come and look !!! “Well we’re very busy” means nothing to me ! I have children’s clothes that need washing.Will be cancelling and saving the monthly fee for when it’s needed.
They gave a date for the engineer to visit so I booked a day off work. With LESS THAN 24 hours to the appointment they rang to say it won’t be happening, and put it back by 2.5 weeks !!!!!!!!
Should be zero stars not one but can’t select zero unfortunately.
Anybody that reads these reviews but still goes ahead with getting cover must be mad !!!
