Engineer turned up late in a Mercedes with a rucksack. Didn't even open fridge/freezer. Said he would order part and we would get a text. No idea when job would be completed. Have paid for this insurance for many years. Decided to buy a new fridge/freezer as I cannot stand the incompetence of this company.
I an very disappointed with the service I received and the engineer was useless!
