I received a letter thanking me for continuing your cover for my Bosch dishwasher. I cancelled the cover in 2017. Phoned to try to resolve this but after trying several times to get through resorted to online chat with Dan who was less than helpful. After explaining the problem and asking him to cancel all I had was 'be with you in a moment ' until presumably it timed out after about 20 minutes. Totally poor service and if you try to take a payment I shall be taking this further.
