I took out the policy for 4 items and I was told I would get a replacement if items could t be repaired . An engineer came out to repair my washing machine and after his visit it continued to have a different problem . This was into the same week as the visit . Another man came and said it needed parts and he would order them . I never heard back for two weeks and when I called them they said they can’t repair it , part of no longer available and because it was a problem on first visit I had to buy myself a new machine . I explained that someone had been out to repair the leaks etc but it continues to still had a fault . I will be taking it further as they tell you information that isn’t true when they say they will replace it if can’t repair . I may when go to the guardian again as I noticed already been complaints about this company . I wii be cancelling the policy . Be carful you could waste money and not get replacement
