was due a delivery on the 16th of Jan
they rang to tell me that they were running about 1 1/2hours late due to a puncture
at about 7 pm they rang to say that they would not be able to make the delivery due to the tail lift on their wagon having broken and they said the office would contact me first thing to rearrange
by 11 30 next morning I still had not heard from them so I rang them and after hearing various excuses they told me the new date was the 23rd
when I said that was not acceptable all I was told was that's all that was available
and they made no effort to help in anyway
