I’ve loved my first experience so far. Your app needs some work as it doesn’t “flow” ie. if I want to go back to look at something I have to re-enter my info etc. also would have liked to see what the cleaners do before selecting my time options. It was wonderful to get the check list at the end-such a lovely touch, but I would have liked to have seen it before as well. Didn’t get the “stickers” for the loo paper as stated I should in domestic amenities and while it’s not a problem at all-I think it would have been just the cherry on top of an already amazing experience!
