I'm particular about pizza, I frequent 2 locations in south Minneapolis, I had a tradition of pizza crust Fridays with my dog for the last 3 years of his life.
More often than not both locations did good with my odd order of light cheese and spinach.
However whenever I use/ redeem my free pizza or a coupon the pizza is made completely different. Not sure if its different staff or what but it's disappointing to earn a reward use it and have it be a waste. You can't even feel justified complaining cause it was free. It is a bummer
