I purchased a Von Shef ice making machine last September with a 2 year warranty, however is has stopped working and after contacting customer service was told to send the machine back and a refund will be issued as they dont have a replacement model in stock. After checking on Amazon it appears they do have have models in stock so I contacted them again only to be told they do not offer an exchange service under their warranty terms and any alternative model would void my warranty? This is a bit strange and unless mistaken total rubbish! I would avoid this company at all costs!! A very disappointed customer (ex)!
