Zero customer service.
I ordered a Von Haus wok through Domu Brands, and received the wrong product in the mail. I emailed Domu Brands for support with no response, I followed up that email a week later and still no response. I have now gone directly to Von Haus for help, which I regret that I didn't do in the first place. Very unfortunate that Domu Brands offers no support online or by phone. Once you order something, there's no going back, you better hope that it all works out.
