I would strongly advise any potential customer to avoid using DOMU.
I ordered a garden dining set via Amazon with them.
I can fully understand, given current pressures of the pandemic that deliveries can be delayed. However, DOMU consistently failed to communicate any update or take responsibility for the service.
I also note their chosen courier is XPD.
I advise any potential customer to do their research on both companies and find an alternative supplier if possible.
