I ordered garden furniture through amazon. After not arriving on the delivery date I was told by domu my order was still in the warehouse. One week later I was told by amazon my order had been cancelled by domu .I contacted domu who told me the order was not cancelled and it was on its way . I then waited two weeks for delivery to be told this week yes your order has been cancelled. Shocking customer service very disappointing I have all the emails stored. They only acknowledged the fact it was cancelled after I contacted domu.
