Item that was selected and paid for on website was actually not in stock. Was then told, immediately in fairness, that there would be a few weeks wait. So I thought great I’ll wait. Then another delay of another month! Was then offered an alternative that I would have taken day one if I wanted it. Anyway, the result, a refund. The lesson, don’t advertise items you don’t have in stock!
