the company i found were good to deal with i bought a dimplex electric stove and am delighted with it . had to wait a week but that is ok. however they should change the delivery company they use as it is kerbside delivery which is ridiculous how are you supposed to get your appliance in side . i never came accross this before . i live alone but lucky for me the driver was nice and did bring it in . but i had a big concern about this.
