Very pleasant on the phone. Delivery came in good time. Delivery person didn't give the 1-2 hours beforehand phone call. Then phoned me at work saying there was no one home. He hadn't bothered ringing the doorbell as there was someone there. Don't install which is a bit of a hassle.
