Russell failure!!
Ordered food back in November for delivery today, the 23rd, only to be informed they don't deliver on a Saturday!! Excuse was website shouldn't have accepted delivery for that date. What a joke, they have had over a month and half to sort/rearragne. Got family coming for Xmas dinner, so wife has to head out and try buy some food from the shops!! Will never use Donald Russell again, a 'sorry about that' is not good enough. Seen another similar review, let's hope there is not more disappointed families this Xmas.
