Done has helped immensely by making it simple and easy to manage my ADHD and access the resources I need to make sure it is taken care of properly. The providers are very knowledgeable and will work with you to personalize a treatment plan that fits your individual needs and lifestyle. When I was looking at scheduling my first appointment I was able to get it within just a few days as opposed to the more traditional offices I'd checked with which had no availability for weeks or even months. Done has many providers available with a wide selection of appointment times so even those of us who work different hours than the standard 9-5 are able to set an appointment at a time that doesn't involve rearranging our entire schedule like many traditional office visits require. Along with the initial appointment and followups, they make it very easy to get into contact with your specific provider if you need anything from them. Also, they have an excellent customer service team able to help out with any issues you may have when it comes to scheduling, prescriptions, insurance info, payments appointments etc. The times that I've reached out to check on something with them their customer service team has gotten back to me within minutes if it's during the day or even if I send something in when I get off work (usually about 830pm) there is always a response waiting for me in the morning. I never looked into any sort of ADHD treatment before and decided at age 27 that it would be good to check out, and I'm very glad that I did so with Done because of how easy the process was and how helpful my provider has been about making sure that I am comfortable with my treatment plan.
