Easy to use/schedule appointments. Very limited availability, so you do have to plan ahead. Refills on prescriptions is easy but miscommunications frequently happen with pharmacy (filling wrong medications than requested, generic vs name brand). Only difficulty is talking to someone directly if you are having these issues. Otherwise I have had good success and love having virtual visit options.
