The customer is good they usually respond within 24 hours or less. Now if there is a urgent issue they are on it and will not take 24 hours to respond once the Done Team knows its urgent. Honestly anytime I had a question for the Doctor they were answered promptly.
One of the things that I life best about Done is that I have lived in a few states and I was able to keep the same Doctor because he is licensed in those states thankfully. That save me some stress. I have been with Done for 2.5 years. I would recommend Done
