This was the single worst experience I have had with getting ADHD medication. In fact I never got it medication. They charged me for a meeting that the clinician did not attend. I requested a refund for the charge and was emailed saying they would get back to me within 48 hours. They never got back to me, so I have now sent several emails with no response. Their customer service line does not work as well. At best this is a scam.
