Very disappointed in this scam service, I have been trying to get a refill on my meds, I keep getting texts back saying that someone will get back to me in 3 days. No one ever gets back with me. Cannot actually call them, only submit a ticket which they do not respond. How can medical service run this way! They continue to charge me for no services and they make it difficult to cancel. Highly recommend NOT using this service, huge scam.
