This company is a SCAM. I've been locked out of the portal, for no reason. They say I'm being "transferred." Absolutely no communication or notice and my refills are due tomorrow. How am I supposed to get my medications?? One of the meds I take, absolutely cannot be abruptly stopped. I have serious other medical conditions, and this is going to land me in the Emergency Room, if none of my medication refills are called in. This is absolutely NOT medical care. They took my monthly fee this month, while at the same time, locking me out of the portal.
