I returned my initial purchase today, but ordered a replacement last night. The first purchase was just the wrong color. I did email your customer service and spoke to an extremely helpful and kind person named Sky. I sent pictures to them and got their advice as to which hair color they thought would suit me best. I’m excited to receive the new selection and think it’s going to be perfect!
