Listen to the reviews. I wish I did. I’ve used Donna Bella hair for years and in the past online it says you get 10 wefts which was 10 sandwiches. Now I’m paying more and only getting 5 sandwiches which is really absurd. I won’t be buying anymore now that there are better hair extensions for a fraction of this price and while still maintaining quality. I hope changes are made because something is very off and people are noticing. Losing lots of customers…

Good day, my purchase has not been very favorable because the first shipment arrived burned and I cannot track the second shipment because the link they sent me does not work, so I request your help to track the package that has not yet arrived.

My tape in extensions were professionally installed by a licensed cosmetologist and the hair was extremely thin. I have purchased before and NEVER had issues. This time the very NEXT DAY they were falling out. I am extremely displeased.

Tape-in Weft slipped out during the first wash. This is the 2nd time that this happened. I thought the first time was a fluke but now realize that there has to be a manufacturing issue. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. Wrote in for customer support and was given 1 free roll of re-tape. This is unacceptable as there is something clearly wrong with the adhesive that comes installed on the tape-in weft product given other customer feedback received. It is imperative that Donna Bella investigate the issue and work towards resolution quickly.

My package was delayed by 2 days! Disappointed because I had somewhere to go and wanted my hair on time! It did not arrive on the day it was supposed to.

Love my new Halo ! Although I don’t see more in my color is the solo being discontinued? Very comfortable fit I always have used halos so this feels more secure .

I have to say that my last order that I received of the tape in's (18inch)extentions, the sandwich's this time were very thin and looked like they were used, that's how bad they looked, the quality has definity been downgraded...

I can’t believe I have an email saying you won’t ship my order before getting a picture of my ID that is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard of and now I have to pay for a hair appointment that I can’t even go to.

I tried for the first time, the invisible tapeless extensions. I am very disappointed with these. I do not understand why the top piece is so much thicker than the original extenstions and it does not lay smoothe and the 2nd issue is that the tape is not strong. The extensions fall out when I stick them in and they do not last for 1 day at all. This was a waste of money and I wish I purchased the original extenstions as those with the tape last longer than 1 day. I would like to exchange but I know you cannot exchange but will no longer buy the new invisible tape extensions.

My purchase expierence was good. I participate in Black Friday every year where I can save as much as I can. I'm excited to try the new invisable tape-ins. The delivery came within a week, however I'm a little disappointed that I didn't recieve my free gift.... Other than that I'm satisfied so far...
