I have tried many brands of hair extensions and have worn clip in extensions for at least a decade. I bought these on 4/19 and they are already going in the trash on 6/4. Not even two months! I normally get 6-9 months of wear out of a fresh set. The hair is so tangly and dry. I have to wash it so much more frequently just to have a soft natural feel, but even still it has that “doll-like” hair texture. This eventually happens with all extensions but never this quick. Save your money and buy from a different brand.

I have an extensions several time before actually bought them from y’all. My experienced hair dresser put them in on May27 I washed my hair this evening Sunday the 31. The tape isn’t holding I had one if the ends of the set that’s on top let go. The bottom piece is still well stuck. So now I have an end I had to clip to the other side. Also noticed the #30/32 the lighter coppery red is fading there’s blond showing. Light blond. I’m really not happy. Even my hair dresser is shocked she’s never seen y’all’s extensions fade and change colors especially after the first wash.

Terribly disappointed. I purchased over $500 of products. They sent me a FED ex tracking. It was never delivered. It appears it may have left them but honestly I can’t even tell. No help. Nothing.

I paid an extra 25.00 for shipping and did not get in 2 days I want a refund for shipping this is the second time this happened than you do you have a cutter service phone number.

Not happy with the product at all. The color is t even close to what it should be and in order to see if I could make it work I had to open the package, which now I can’t return . I will not be using this brand ever again

The quality of the hair is always great but the color grey in length needed is always out of stock which has you purchase a longer length having to waste half of the hair and with it being such a expensive purchase it’s really easy to hold out on purchasing. Also the need for different tones of grey besides the 3 available. Not all hairs are the same color maybe mix and match.
