“Ordered a Color Ring on 6/23/26 with in intent to switch to this brand, however went to place our first order yesterday 7/1/26 (literally one week later) and the colors on the swatch ring do NOT correspond to the colors on the website. Made ordering different and honeslty is a huge turn off for a brand new client. When you change your colors online those old color rings should be tossed. I will be calling to speak to someone today about my experience.”
