“I ordered some replacement tape-in strips as well as the Extension bond remover. Although the package arrived early, how it was packed was unimpressive and therefore one of my bottles arrived half emptied. And transferred onto the tape-in packaging.”

“It was great that you've had all of these "sales" going on, but the one thing I wanted was continually "out of stock".. and then your Free Shipping is a joke because of the high dollar amount you ahve it set at.”

“The i tip hair itself is great quality. I just wish you would offer a true white ash color. Trying to tone/color match my clients hair is difficult using the #60 or even the #80 as neither are cool enough, but have a lot of gold/warmth in them. It would be nice to have cooler colors. The ash browns I find are warmer in color than cool.”

“Love it!!! I previously had purchased the straight Balayage hair as recommended by my hair stylist for a braid style I wanted to wear. I really loved the feel of hair and Balayage color that I picked was so beautiful. Unfortunately it doesn't come in curly and I was now wanting to wear Goddess Braids. I am extremely satisfied with the color and texture of the curly hair. My stylist loves it also. I. had tried another company that sold the Balayage hair in the right length and color, but the quality was subpar.”

“I am a professional stylist and specialize in extensions. I bought these for myself and love them. I had been searching for a grey, not just a platinum ash blonde. I am a natural level 6 and of the age I’m transitioning to grey blending on myself. My sides are almost white so I needed something bright mixed in with my darker blonde extensions to carry that bright grey/white through my ends in front. They have stayed true to tone and have just a “pinch of pepper” mixed in with the salt!! Absolutely love them!”

“I noticed the grams are very low, I have ordered from Thr Hair Shop many years, decoded to take a break and try a different brand. Placed an order and received it amd noticed the haor was very low in volume compared to what im used too, had to placed another order to compensate. I spent alot more with donna bella for the same grams with The Haor Shop. The quality is beautiful but 17 grams per bundle versus 20 grams adds up when ordering 5+packs.”
