Hello Heather, Thank you for reaching out! I am showing that your order is in transit, please keep in mind USPS First Class International (Limited Tracking Visibility) can take 7-15 business days as it is dependent on the customs in every country. I would recommend to keep an eye on your tracking!

I love your product and have been using for more than 6 years, but over the last year I have not been able to get the product that I need in the length that I need it. You are out of, or no longer carrying the 12" or 14" tape in extensions and I have have had to purchase the longer lengths at a higher cost. This is forcing me to look elsewhere for what I need. Hopefully your supply issue can be resolved soon!

On a normal order I would rate higher as I do love the company but I paid a lot extra for shipping to get an order rushed and it didn’t show so I had to cancel my client which was a total bummer.

I have used this product for 11 years annd have ALWAYS loved it! But the hair lately doesn’t last as long. Sheds terribly, and the last 4 packs of replacement tape was defective and all stuck together. Would not peel off and came off all stuck as 1 piece. Very disappointed. Loyal customer for 11 yrs and have worn the hair that long.

The new tariff fees being added are absolutely ridiculous. Getting charged $33 for 3 small bundles of hair is truly absurd. I won’t be buying from here again. No other companies are doing this.

1st off, I love Donna Bella Hair! I've used it for many years & had great experiences. From tabs to ILinks they have all been great quality. I tried the triple stacked reversible weft. The colors are perfect, install went great but after only the second wash I'm starting to get tangles. I'm really worried that they won't hold up. I had to save up for it & won't be able to get a different one for awhile. I really DON'T want to use anywhere else. I may have to go back to ILinks as I've never been disappointed.

I really love DB hair but the prices went up soooo much since last November. I was going to buy new hair more often but this rise in cost will have me reusing my hair now.

I haven’t received the hair yet but I paid extra for overnight shipping. I ordered over the weekend so it should have shipped out first thing Monday but it’s late afternoon and they didn’t provide a tracking number for so I can’t tell if it’s even left their facility yet. In addition, there was no option to cancel the order expect to call and talk to them and they policy said they immediately start processing orders as soon as their placed so it’s not guaranteed (basically not gonna happen) that you’ll be able to cancel your order. So I want to know, if they immediately start processing the order and I placed it days ago, over the weekend, paid extra for overnight shipping, why has not shipped out yet? I’m highly displeased with their business operations and logistics. If I didn’t know people who ordered from here previously I’d be thinking I just got scammed out $600. Hopefully the hair is up to the quality I paid for whenever I do get it.

My extensions were supposed to of been here yesterday. Now the label is defective and I have no idea where they are. $500 is a lot to not receive them on time or maybe at all!!

i'll start with saying, It is so hard to find extensions that hold their curl. This was my first transition into ktip from wefts and i overall like them but they definitely are notttt curly. They are barely wavy and my hair is very curly so im having to put heat on them daily to make them match. a bit disappointing because they took forever to put in.
