I came as a customer of glam seamless, that’s how I found you- at their recommendation. I have ordered over 15 packs of full clip-ins and tape-ins from them over the course of three years. This is the second order I have placed with Donna Bella. The hair is beautiful, but the clips need sewed on better. I’ve already lost one and had to resew it on, something I have never had to do with prior sets. But the reason I’m writing this is that I paid 60 extra dollars to have this order by 12 o’clock today… it’s 5:03 PM and I still don’t have my hair. According to FedEx, it’s in Tennessee. I would’ve saved myself the $60 had I known I wasn’t getting this until Monday at the earliest.

I ordered my hair on April 4th paid $25 for expidited shipping 2 day. I still have not got the hair and it is April 9th. Tracking says its in Utah. I have been using Donna Bella hair for probably 25 years. Back when the price was 65$ a pack for 22 inch hair. I like the quality of thr hair than others I have tried. But when I pay for expideted shipping 3 out of 5 times it doesnt come on t ime.

Very disappointed I paid for overnight shipping for a pre paid hair appointment and it’s going to be days late. Meaning I don’t get my hair done, and lose a deposit. Extremely disappointing for a first time purchaser.

I noticed the grams are very low, I have ordered from Thr Hair Shop many years, decoded to take a break and try a different brand. Placed an order and received it amd noticed the haor was very low in volume compared to what im used too, had to placed another order to compensate. I spent alot more with donna bella for the same grams with The Haor Shop. The quality is beautiful but 17 grams per bundle versus 20 grams adds up when ordering 5+packs.

My package was delayed by 2 days! Disappointed because I had somewhere to go and wanted my hair on time! It did not arrive on the day it was supposed to.

I love your product and have been using for more than 6 years, but over the last year I have not been able to get the product that I need in the length that I need it. You are out of, or no longer carrying the 12" or 14" tape in extensions and I have have had to purchase the longer lengths at a higher cost. This is forcing me to look elsewhere for what I need. Hopefully your supply issue can be resolved soon!

On a normal order I would rate higher as I do love the company but I paid a lot extra for shipping to get an order rushed and it didn’t show so I had to cancel my client which was a total bummer.

I have used this product for 11 years annd have ALWAYS loved it! But the hair lately doesn’t last as long. Sheds terribly, and the last 4 packs of replacement tape was defective and all stuck together. Would not peel off and came off all stuck as 1 piece. Very disappointed. Loyal customer for 11 yrs and have worn the hair that long.

The new tariff fees being added are absolutely ridiculous. Getting charged $33 for 3 small bundles of hair is truly absurd. I won’t be buying from here again. No other companies are doing this.

1st off, I love Donna Bella Hair! I've used it for many years & had great experiences. From tabs to ILinks they have all been great quality. I tried the triple stacked reversible weft. The colors are perfect, install went great but after only the second wash I'm starting to get tangles. I'm really worried that they won't hold up. I had to save up for it & won't be able to get a different one for awhile. I really DON'T want to use anywhere else. I may have to go back to ILinks as I've never been disappointed.
