“Last month I ordered extensions and I also ordered additional fast delivery charge of &10.00 to get it in time for my hair appointments. I never received it so since I canceled appoint called your company yes it showed it was lost! They expedited overnight a new order but but I got CHARGED OVERNIGHT FEE $26.99 which was unfair… on top off additional extra $5.00 delivery then to charge me???? Please look into it as I am a frequent customer.”

“The hair is nice however a little to blunt and dry. I only needed half a pack but the website suggested 1.5. Frankly I like the cheaper Brazilian hair i purchased in the past and colored better felt more like hair.”
