I tried for the first time, the invisible tapeless extensions. I am very disappointed with these. I do not understand why the top piece is so much thicker than the original extenstions and it does not lay smoothe and the 2nd issue is that the tape is not strong. The extensions fall out when I stick them in and they do not last for 1 day at all. This was a waste of money and I wish I purchased the original extenstions as those with the tape last longer than 1 day. I would like to exchange but I know you cannot exchange but will no longer buy the new invisible tape extensions.

Well for the first time in 4 years (where I have purchased 3 sets of tape in extensions), I am very unhappy with my latest set. I had 4 packets put in by my stylist and within a week, they were all falling out. The glue is not sticking. Keep in mind, nothing has changed (shampoo, same stylist, etc). So I can only assume it's the manufacturer. Customer service was not trusting or helpful. The only thing they offered was new tape and one new packet of hair. So basically I paid $550 for the hair, $300 for installation and removal of my old set. And now I have to have them reinstalled, so another $200-$300. Probably going to go somewhere else next time.

Very disappointed that they charged my card when the hair wasn' even available in that color and length. I've been a customer for years, so this is truly a let down that they reached out to me about not having the color and length after the money was charged.7

Just placed an order for 3 packages of hair extensions and was charged a $15 shipping fee. As I have been a longtime customer and only use Donna Bella hair extensions , I think this is an over the top additional charge for shipping .. your prices have gone up tremendously and now the amount of the order is higher to qualify for free shipping. Very disappointed. I also called to ask for a credit of $15 and was denied. Not good customer service to a longtime dedicated customer.

My biggest issue is thyat you do not offer a 16inch lengh in all your hair. It's a big waste of money when I am forced to order 18in length. Please consider this. Also your website says it$90 but I got charged $99 at checkout. No promo code needed.

I’m a repeat customer, the last pack of hair I purchased shed so bad I had to wind up taking it out. But I thought it may have been a fluke as I have ordered before and love the hair. This time, The hair didn’t come in on time. I still don’t gafr it and have already had my hair appt at the salon. Disappointed in my last two experiences.

To be honest, this is the 4th time I've bought hair, I've always bought blonde or ombré. This time I bought dark brown, but I found this hair uneven and the ends are dry. I don't understand how a bleached extension can have better quality.

I’ve ordered hair from Donna Bella for years. I’m a professional hairstylist. I’ve seen the quality go down quite a bit. The bundles of hair have gotten smaller. They used to be 20g now they’re 17g for the 18 inch. The Silicone beads do not hold their color and wear off and turn to silver metal. My clients have started complaining that their hair does not feel as full and about the beads unfortunately have switched to another company. They have also raised their prices a lot! Very disappointed.

Unfortunately I haven’t received my package so I can’t say how the hair is. FedEx has been withholding it with no updates. I had to reorder hair to get it in time for my client :( disappointed in fedex

I liked them but unfortunately it made my scalp so itchy to the point I was itching my scalp raw and it was bleeding….had to take them out after only a week:(

This was the 2nd time I’ve ordered from you unfortunately not impressed with the hair I received. It clumps together almost looks fack like Barbie doll hair ends are very dry! My hair dresser has had several clients purchase from you she said she’s never seen this before.

Well For starters, I didn't get shipping confirmation seven days later, I reached out to find out that it had been shipped. The hair quality is okay not the best and the clips are awful. I mean I bought cheap extensions, for $30 that had the much better clips than these. They are very hard to clasp and un clasp, as You probably should do two handed, and you feel them on your scalp as you wear the extensions. These are heavy duty. I've also owned foxy locks in the past, and I never had this issue.

My first purchase was great. The hair extensions were really nice and the glue on the tape was strong. This time around the color on the hair extensions-although I chose the same color had big chunks of brown in the blonde that weren’t very blended and worst of all the hair extensions did not adhere. Very disappointed. Especially because I paid extra to get them delivered fast.
