Very upset and frustrated that I have been waiting for 14” extensions that I have been ordering for years to come back in stock only to be told now that they have been discontinued. The only length available to me is 18” which are too long so I’m forced to pay more money for extensions that I will have to pay to cut shorter to make them the length I need. Also, I used to be able to speak with a customer service representative directly for any type of questions or issues that arose and now it has to be by text and I am just not comfortable with that. Your company has been over and above in quality and customer service relations and now it feels like that quality is diminishing. Very disappointing!
