“Consistent color however purchase price goes up EVERYTIME!”

“Well for the first time in 4 years (where I have purchased 3 sets of tape in extensions), I am very unhappy with my latest set. I had 4 packets put in by my stylist and within a week, they were all falling out. The glue is not sticking. Keep in mind, nothing has changed (shampoo, same stylist, etc). So I can only assume it's the manufacturer. Customer service was not trusting or helpful. The only thing they offered was new tape and one new packet of hair. So basically I paid $550 for the hair, $300 for installation and removal of my old set. And now I have to have them reinstalled, so another $200-$300. Probably going to go somewhere else next time.”

“I’m new to I Link extensions. Previously I used tape ins but did not love those at all. These are great!!! The first say they felt sort of heavy and pulled on my scalp a bit but by the next day I could barely tell they’re there. The hair itself is great. It holds curl beautifully. I got 3 packs for an asymmetrical bob.”

“I've contacted customer service twice. I ordered the wrong product that is currently in transit to me. I pre-ordered the correct product that is also in transit. I've repeatedly asked when I receive the first product what do I need to do to return it? All I receive back is an email with a link to questions about returns then when I click on it I get the same page to ask a question! This is incredibly frustrating. I am out between $500-$600 and I still haven't even received any product ye, I also cannot seem to get an answer”
