I have used this product for 11 years annd have ALWAYS loved it! But the hair lately doesn’t last as long. Sheds terribly, and the last 4 packs of replacement tape was defective and all stuck together. Would not peel off and came off all stuck as 1 piece. Very disappointed. Loyal customer for 11 yrs and have worn the hair that long.

The new tariff fees being added are absolutely ridiculous. Getting charged $33 for 3 small bundles of hair is truly absurd. I won’t be buying from here again. No other companies are doing this.

Your hair is great. But very disappointed that you are discontinuing shorter lengths. It’s a real waste to pay more for longer hair, just to cut it off. I will plan to wean myself off extensions and focus more on growing my own hair.

I have order before and like the quality of the hair. This time I paid for the overnight shipping and recieved it 4 days later and ended up losing my client because of it and lost out on an $800 appointment and the price of the hair. Very upset and disappointed.
