My order was supposedly shipped on Feb 2. - seven days ago. I have not seen nor heard a thing about it yet. I have both called and emailed, and no one ever answers or responds. Your email says "track your package", but I have no idea how the package was sent, who the carrier is, or when it was scheduled to be delivered. Our construction began on Feb. 7, and is scheduled to be completed on Feb 14. Unfortunately, your customer service is completely nonexistent!
