I was shipped the wrong items in my order--half of the products were the wrong stuff. I notified the company via their email system 5 days ago and haven't heard anything meaningful in response. I did get an automated acknowledgment that they received my email but no follow-up since then.
See photos below. I ordered a white item and received a bronze item. That won't work here.
