I liked the product when I viewed it on the web.
Unfortunately, when I ordered the product I was sent a bent box with a bent item that arrived in an undamaged shipping carton.
That tells me that the person that pulled my order didn't appear to care that they were sending out a likely damaged item.
So I get the damaged order ad then have to spend the time to submit a return request, box the item back up, head over to the UPS site and drop off the item and now wait for a replacement order to be re-sent.
All of which could have been avoided if I wasn't sent a damaged order.
So far, not really a fan.
