I am very impressed with the products I purchased and the extremely high level of customer service. I ordered a Door Armor Pro Max Security Kit for my back door and a Door Armor Pro Side Light Door Security Kit for the front door. The Pro Max fit nicely, the back door is very secure, and the locks work well. The Side light did not fit. I called the phone number on the packing slip and Alan answered. I explained my problem to him and Alan asked me to text to him pictures of my front door, which I did. Alan texted me back and said I had a mortise lock which a different Door Armor product would fit, called the Mortise Jamb Shield, which I ordered, and installed. The front door is also very secure and the front locks work better than every. Alan said Armor Concepts would accept the return of the Pro Side Light Security Kit that I ordered, which it did for a full refund. It turns out Alan is the owner of the Armor Concepts. When I called I never thought I would be talking to the owner! Thank you and well done!
