I placed an order 7/19/2024 and paid for express shipping.
The invoices stated it had been shipping but didn’t provide any type of tracking.
I called customer service 7/24/2024 asking if they could confirm a tracking number which they could not.
Later that evening, I received an email that my order had been canceled due to a “warehouse issue”
Went and found the same product On Amazon and they are the vendor for this product. I ordered it through Amazon fulfilled by Armor and didn’t have to pay shipping, received it two days later.
Why bother sell stuff on your website if you can’t fulfill the orders, but then you will fulfill them through Amazon and it’s coming from the same place?
That said, I will be looking elsewhere for this product in the future.
Ultimately, the service was terrible and Because they lack of care for certain types of orders lost me a job installing the product ordered because it took too long.
