Ordered through Amazon originally and when the package showed up I didn't immediately open it. This was planned for a future time with some better weather. At some point, I wanted to get rid of the box and pare it back to the materials for space saving. At this point, I realized that despite the package labelling, they had missed a couple pieces. I reached out to Door Armor right away and got in touch with Wilma who got my order identified and verified and got parts in the mail headed my way immediately. I can't tell you how much of a relief and pleasure it was working with a group that was so quick to help me out. While this doesn't speak to the product itself, I believe that any company that takes the time and effort to value it's customers, has already built a team that will create good products they( and you ) can stand behind.
