The hardware was packed well. I was concerned that the long door jam piece might arrive bent a bit. It was fine. No missing hardware. The plates seem to be thick enough to add support to the door .After watching numerous videos I was able to install in less than 30 min. My only problem encountered was the Torx 25 bit shipped with the hardware did not fit. I don't know if it was the wrong size or just too much paint in the screw top. I was able to use one of my torx bits (20) to fit properly and complete the install.
