1st, the food was delivered to the wrong house. 2nd,When i texted the driver that the picture he texted was not of my front porch, he ignored both messages, and the phone number deactivated. 3rd, the phone numbers for customer service are NEVER answered. 4th, the "chat agents " I communicated my problem with claim that they "escalated " my complaint to the "relevant department. " 5th, chat agents Saia S, Khalid, Denise, and 1 or 2 other chat "agents" told me they could not refund my money, or reorder and redeliver. 6th, at exactly 24 hours after I first reported the non-delivery, one of the chat agents called, on a line "recorded for training purposes, " and maintained his side of the conversation as if he had "resolved "my problem. When I said, nothing has been resolved, where is my refund, you said within 24 hours, he continued to speak as if he HAD processed "my request " and ended the call with "you have already spoken to a supervisor, " When I asked again for a manager who actually has the ability to refund my money.
I have had to report this to my credit card company for refund.
The customer service seems trained to only add to a customer's frustration.
They will gladly steal the money you spent for food delivery that gets left at someone else's house.
