Refuse to refund money on an ENTIRE order and a very nice dash tip when over 3/4 of the items were missing. Tried customer service only to be directed to a lady with an attitude and a refusal to refund only that they will remove the dashers tip.... had a dash pass and all. Deleted and unsubscribe to that app. God awful experience more than once

Door Dash is the worst. I waited for 1hour for my delivery and instead of getting the food I ordered from Red Lobster I got a cup of soup from another restaurant. The driver didn’t speak English so that didn’t help. I called Door Dash to get my money back and got the run around saying that they couldn’t do it. What a joke!!!!!!

I ordered food from Wingstop and then they give me an alert that my order was picked by a delivery driver named WALTER but after a minute It says it was cancelled. I called the store and says they already gave my food to that guy so it means that he stole my food and never get delivered .

Lately not aure what changed but getting cold food often . Orders are late because they have several delivers on top of that once you get it , its cold and not worth the money. Idk but they need to do something different. I decided I'll just go get out myself and keep my money . I hate tipping for late and cold food.

Horrible customer support. Can tell from previous orders that my door is green and where they dropped off the food has a red door. Won’t issue reorder or redeliver. Absolute waste of money and time.

Paid 18 bucks to have food delivered, was never delivered and they wouldn't refund my money, come to find out dasher left it sitting in front of 160 unit apartment building when it was supposed to be HANDED to me at my apartment

We ordered from chilis last night , food was not cooked all the way through . I called door dash in am . And they are not crediting my money back . I would never ever use these people again . Buyers be ware they do not stand behind there customers . Hope it was worth it we are canceling our door dash pass . Uber will be our only source of delivery service from here on out !

I’m always missing food, I’ve had experiences where dashers have taken my food ect. DoorDash always denies my claims and I’m out of money that I paid for, for the food that I ordered and NEVER receive. I’ve worked for DoorDash for some extra money and ALWAYS make sure the customer gets what they ordered because I’m also a customer through DoorDash. This company is a joke on both parts not giving satisfactory for their costumers and paying their drivers so little when it cost extra to order through their services. Yesterday will be the last time I order anything through DoorDash. This tired single mom will make the trip herself from now on!

Driver showed a picture picking up my delivery and then when I got the notification that is was delivered never received a picture showing where it was delivered. I tried calling the driver no answer. I don't plan on using door dash anymore due to the fact that this had happened 2 times before. Now I have to wait 5-7 days for a refund. What makes me mad is I set the order up to be delivered an hour later so I wouldn't have to travel for lunch.

I ordered a meal for my family. The order was missing several items. The dasher did make 2 two other stops before delivering our food. I assume he dropped off half of my order at one of these stops. I reached out to customer service and was told no resolution for a refund so I could reorder my kids food. I then reached out again after I reordered the food items and paid for them again. I reached out again and was told I would not get a refund or credit. They also asked for photos. I sent pictures of the food I received. How can I take photos of food I did not receive? I have been using door dash for years. I have since started using another platform. Do better Door dash

Their fees are horrendous! $53 meal is $75 after all their greed has calmed down. Last time I order from here. Use uber eats.

I received my order and the main item in my order came to me ruined. I provided 3 clear pictures of it and door dash decided that they would only refund me $5 ! I have been a loyal customer for years. They just lost my business !

We were looking forward to a meal to be delivered to our hotel from a Japanese restaurant. The cute little tracker showed the delivery car in the hotel parking lot. But the delivery was never made. Suddenly, the tracker said, "Order is complete." No sign of delivery person. No sign of food. Did he eat it or give it to somebody else? We got a refund, but Door Dash rep acted like it might have been a problem with the address. But the tracker showed the delivery person was in the parking lot of our Holiday Inn on a major thoroughfare, which should not have been hard to find.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve dealt with—terrible online security and even worse customer service. I opened a merchant account two months ago, and my DoorDash account has been hacked three times since. I’ve been trying to get it resolved, but every time I reach out, I’m told someone will call me back. No one ever does. When I call again, the customer service reps seem completely clueless, and I have to explain the entire situation from scratch each time. It’s been three days now, and I’m still waiting for a call just to help me log back into my account.

Ordered $118 worth of KFC chicken through DoorDash pickup which was not received by KFC. Had to wait for a reorder with family waiting at home. Went online and saw that the order was marked Completed. I could not cancel the online order because it was marked Completed. I thought I had been scammed by a lookalike website but a DoorDash representative told me that I would receive a refund from them which didn't happened. Called DoorDash again and this time they said they could do nothing. I'm disputing through Am Ex. Live and learn.
