Worst company ever, DoorDash is complete trash. Hires the worst drivers and customer service isn’t even in the United States. I’ve had countless orders either stolen from me or completely ignored.

Didn't follow delivery instructions, supposed to knock at door and hand to me, food left at door(after I looked in boxes, tossed is more appropriate) and was missing a pizza. Pretty bad with delivery charge and 20% tip and still get sh*tty service. Called customer service and they blamed it o mm Casey's and didn't say anything about not following delivery instructions. Had to drive back to store to get the rest of my order, total BS and will NEVER use again

I like the convenience of having door dash. What I don't like is the service fee door dash charges for their services but pays the drivers less for a delivery fee. How is the system making more money then the driver doing the hard labor.....

The order was late, the food was cold, and DoorDash's response was basically "too bad." Cancelled my subscription.

I made many deliveries for doordash and one delivery was a cash pickup and doordash deducted all of the money for my account to pay for that dash. So I basically did that dash for nothing and the following day I doordashed for $18 and they took that as well. I will never doordash for this company ever again

Ordered and typed in my delivery address to my work because I don't have a vehicle. I paid for food and made sure it was on delivery. When food was ready it told me to go pick up my order. I contacted customer service being I needed it delivery and they tell me they can't do nothing about it and that I wouldn't be refunded for it. Yall are a bunch of scams that steal money. I will never use this company again

Ordered through door dash from a restaurant 2 miles from us that we frequently order from. Somehow the order was sent to another location of the same chain that we did not even knew existed on the other side of town. The order info on door dash gave store address that order went to as the store we expected On arrival to pick up they had no clue about order but on giving the items ordered they said that item was not done there and order must have been sent to this other location 20 minute drive across town Needless to say the food was cold and soggy by the time it came to the house

I paid express and they took 20 mins longer than the quote time, so I went to cancel the order as it would be faster if I just went and picked it up myself, and they couldn't refund any money because the order had been submitted and the driver was partly en route (but the tracker shows they barely left their Oak Bay residence, so idk). Helpline useless - don't even bother. If you dare to use it, don't pay the extra for express, and be prepared to just lose money and not get your order.

IF YOU DO DOORDASH, pay attention to prices on the app and the receipt from the restaurant. I charged $16 EXTRA and customer support could never explain why the restaurant gave me free meals but the Door Dash app charged me for them. They could not provide a refund and ended the chat very rudely. I’ve been a customer since 2018 and this is the first time I have ever had this kind of experience. I believe I’ll use a different form of delivery method and never use Door Dash again.

I support the other reviews. I placed an order through DoorDash and they failed to deliver. The driver posted that she left the order in safe location. I have no idea where that was. I complained to DoorDash through their app and requested a credit. They responded that they investigated the matter and declined my request for the refund. I called customer care and was told they would investigate and respond within 3 hours. It’s been 2 days and no word from them. I lost $17.00. Please don’t use this company, they are crooked!!

We had ordered 2 pizzas from Barros. I ordered one pizza wrong. So I drove to Barros and and ordered a pepperoni pizza. Everyone that ate the pepperoni pizza ended up with stomach problems. Barro’s was great about the issue wanted to give some of the money back. We were to get ahold of Door Dash give them the information from Barro’s . Two hours of waiting getting hung up on and transfers. Their customer service is Clown Fest. Absolutely will never use this service again.

I placed a order and the restaurant said they was out of the dish I ordered to contact door dash. Door dash said the system won't allow a refund nothing they can do . That's illegal first and last time ordering

Don't do Doordash!!! They don't care that your order was not complete. They won't consider giving you a discount on the delivery fee or the auto tip given to the driver even though the driver did not deliver the correct product. I highly recommend you find another means of delivery!! Their customer service is terrible!!!

horrible company! My order was wrong and my driver did not answer my texts about it, I had to waste 45 mins of my time on the chat to try and get my money refunded. It still isn't refunded.

Driver was completely rude. The food was an hour and a half past the window when they said it was going to be here. Obviously the food was completely cold and customer service is a complete joke and got nowhere with them. Would never use them again.
