They didn't say they weren't getting my haircolor from Sally's beauty they delivered the wrong one from.there warehouse promised a full refund the same day never did and after 10 attempts and escalated they still refuse

Due to the PR person's comments and continued back and forth arguments with people on X, this company has lost all respect from me and I will no longer be using them for deliveries.

Constantly forgetting food and won’t offer to replace it. I’m so sick of this company. Plus now they have all of these added fees on top of their original fees.

Bad move @doordash. Partnering with that imbecile.... my account has now been closed and I'll choose a better service. That was terrible that you made that woman do that. How about paying a living wage and offering health care to your employees instead of embarrassing a poor lady.

DoorDash is terrible the driver left my food at the building next door, even took a pic of wrong door and door dash refused to refund me and my food was just gone. A representative told me to “go check” crazy $42 dollars gone. Immediately closed door dash acct, never again!!

Unfair app! The app pays you with the customer's tip, because they pay only $2 or $2.50 per delivery, the rest is tip. Orders with little value and many miles, even having a platinum account. A support that doesn't help at all. I don't recommend it 👎🏻

Door dash has the worst service. And hour and a half after placing an order is ridiculous. Pay your dashers more and maybe they will show up. My last 3 orders have been very late with cold food.

Trash doordash is trash. Cant follow simple rules that they have set fourth for their drivers The photos I’ve posted are from two different occasions that I’d gave them opportunities for and the company is trash. They deny any type of problem on their end and refused to compensate.

Their precious dasher gave me an extra meat I never purchase so they want me to pay for it when I never asked for it look at the way they treat loyal customers their precious dashers are always favored over loyal customers.

DoorDash has the most irritating ridiculous commercials I have ever seen in my entire life. And a company that would spend money on commercials this stupid doesn't deserve to have my business. Watching them makes me think yRou would have to be insane to use a company that doesn't have a brain in their head. I would have to be starving to death to place an order for food and let you deliver it if this company spends their money on commercials this stupid, how can they be trusted to have employees who know what to do.

First time ever ordering through Safeway delivery for the same day service. Marshall from doordash was amazing, polite & a great personality and got my order correct, even my ice cream bars were still frozen!. He brought everything into my home, even my 40pack of water bottles. This man definitely needs a raise! Hopefully he'll see this review.

I order from Door Dash about 3 times a month and lately the drivers can’t follow instructions or directions because they can’t speak or understand English. Why is Door Dash hiring people who haven’t mastered the English language? If you’re going to work in this type of field then you should learn the English language. I will be canceling my membership with Door Dash.

I would give a 0 if I could. I’m so sick of ordering and having my food come two hours later because they have to pick up 5 more orders. My food comes cold and it’s unacceptable. Do better

An item was missing from my order and doordash wouldn’t refund or redeliver. Their “specialized” team that was “investigating” never contacted me so you know that was a joke. With their already high fees this just adds insult to injury. If I wanted to be robbed like this I would stand in the middle of the street and wave cash around. But I guess losing a customer over $13 isn’t worth their trouble since they still have plenty of customers to steal from.
