Every time I order from specific places I only receive about 1/2 of my food. When I call up door dashers and complain about it they request a redeliver, a door dasher will go to the establishment contact me letting me know their still working on the order and less than 5 minutes later the door dasher will call me to let me know a different door dasher took my order and I never receive the order. Upon calling and making another complaint about the door dashers stealing food and requesting to speak to a supervisor the person hangs up on me. Then I call back and am told that I’ll receive less than hat I paid for the meal back in door dashers credits. Suddenly I have door dash supervisors calling me every which way and offering me anything they can to keep my business.

Ordered now 4 times from door dash and received 2 orders ok but two time food never showed up. If you don’t follow up you get no refund, and I ordered from outback and door dash picked up and never delivered food but since I didn’t order through their app I don’t get a refund unless outback wants to give me one. Door dash sucks!!

Had the most insane experience today with a Starbucks delivery where the dasher was all but kicking in my door. I have instructions to not even knock because I’m in meetings. I reached out to DoorDash to remedy. This was such an insane experience and I’ve paid for dashpass since 2023. They declined to refund the order. So I requested to cancel my service with them. The woman who was “assisting” me gaslit and said I’m not even a dashpass member. I looked on my app and I confirmed I was and said I would just cancel it on my side if she wasn’t going to help. She magically saw the dashpass on my account and offered to cancel. I said no. She clearly had no interest in helping anyway. Do yourself a favor. There are so many other food delivery apps. Choose one that prioritizes your safety and cares about your experience.

ZERO STARS!!! This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I spent $34 and received a refund of only $7. That is unacceptable. I had to throw the uncooked pink chicken and rice in the garbage that day. I paid $34 and ended up with nothing to eat. Shame, shame, shame! I will never purchase from this company again, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone.

DoorDash is very difficult to deal with when it comes to customer service. They have a hard time giving refunds when they are due and very difficult to deal with and having to always get a supervisor. I would prefer Uber eats or GrubHub over DoorDash zero stars.

I would give zero stars if I could not only did I get hung up on by three supervisors when I simply wanted a refund because the food I received was spoiled when I talked to them through chat, they said they would refund me and said we apologize we’re not refunding you. I do have screenshots of that conversation. At least they are absolutely awful. Their prices are through the roof. If you really needed it that bad use Instacart or someplace else DoorDash is horrible and it’s nothing but a scam and I was a loyal customer for many many years never again.

DoorDash stole $23.61 from a canceled order that I canceled myself. The restaurant has their own delivery and I canceled ordered way before order even left the restaurant. I ordered at 9:30AM and canceled at 10:37AM. Myself, the restaurant and DoorDash confirmed order was indeed canceled and now all of sudden, the last DoorDash representative stated they don’t see order was canceled lol after me leaving BBB Complaint. What a joke they are and need to cancel DoorDash as a whole. After going back and forth all day, I just ordered from Uber Eats which I should have done in the first place and I received my order with no issues. DOORDASH I WANT MY STOLEN MONEY.

Customer Complaint: Incomplete Orders and Lack of Contact OptionsI am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I recently received. While the delivery driver was lovely, the overall experience was highly frustrating and unacceptable.The Issues:Repeated Incorrect Orders: This is the second time my order from Sudbar Woodgrove (Melton) has been incorrect. I let it go the first time, but a repeat mistake is unacceptable.No Direct Contact Number: I got a directly number that text me but didn’t reply back to my messages the shop has no number is available.Unhelpful I contacted your company door dash ask them to pass my number on no call and no response provided absolutely no assistance.Poor Integration with DoorDash: Because this was ordered via DoorDash, I expected support to at least pass my contact details to the store to resolve the issue, but this did not happen.Due to this complete lack of customer service and repeated order errors, I will no longer be using your company. They charge you $5 delivery fee and then you got to tip the driver and yet when items are missing from your order they do not refund you for the item or send a replacement and you don't get your money back so what's the point I rather just go get it myself or go without I'm done getting burned by doordash

STOP LETTING DASHERS DOUBLE DASH WHEN YOU ORDER FOOD!!!! RETAIL IS FINE BUT WHEN IT COMES TO FOOD THATS UNACCEPTABLE. My food came cold so many times because you allow double dash. This is absolutely ridiculous

THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!!! Drivers do not speak ENGLISH, so embarrassing for DD- food is never ever on time, food is cold, orders wrong, damn drivers can't read signs to find their way to the right place. IT IS A JOKE!!!!!

Ordered from Wendy's. Cost was $77 and we never received the order. Called DoorDash and talked with someone in India I could barely understand. He said I would receive an email and refund. NEVER HAPPENED! I will never use their service again and will tell my story on every platform possible!

I really don't like going through these people. Every single time I order hot food it shows up cold. And yes it's their fault. As they go to wool worths ever single time. Tonight they went to the bottle shop then messed around in wool worths. My order showed up 40 minutes after they picked it up as they were to busy fitting it 5 different orders. I much rather Uber at least they have the respect to bring food hot!

DoorDash has been horrible. The dasher was rude, delivered my food to the wrong address, and then acted like it wasn’t their fault. When I called DoorDash customer service, they didn’t fix the problem. They claimed they refunded me, but they didn’t — I feel completely scammed.

Ordered on July 2, 2026, selected “hand to me,” delivery person left food on the ground, didn’t knock/ring bell, just sent delivery photo after leaving and at 7:25 pm, DoorDash apologized and said a refund of my total order would be processed in 24-48 hours. Today, July 6,2026, I have not received a refund and was told only a portion of my money would again be processed in another 24-48 hours. I’m being punished for bad delivery service and I don’t think it’s fair.
