“I just found out that Door Dash despite their mistake in past order which i never made huge fuss about it, has Blacklisted me and blocked my out due Terms and Services. After over 35 minutes of finally getting a "Supervisor" on the phone, she tells me the infraction of the Terms and Services was my account was being used on multiple devices and to prevent fraud they Blacklisted me. I have ONLY placed orders on my cell phone and NO WHERE else. After, all that they told me I can create a new account which makes no sense to me especially you blacklisted my email and my only phone number. How can the CEO of this company allow this to happen? I mean look at the review percentage here. There is ONLY 7% of people that has been on here recommend Door Dash. That is horrendous! You are on your way out of business being like this.”

“When the add allow multiple orders to picked up my food either gets delivered cold or not at all or my groceries get delivered with some of it spoiled already and refuses to refund the money”

“My DoorDash no. 85d042c6-0 B4c-8b21-e8429d4e2d1. - nadine I am very disappointed with my order - ordered at 7:35 and not received till 8:35 - stone cold. Driver made trio stops after picking it up late and had no warmer bag that they normally transport food in. I have ordered numerous times from DoorDash but will think twice in ordering through DoorDash again and will let my friends know. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Ordered 2x sticky rice from Pai Toronto as part of an order did not receive the sticky rice. I paid $9 door dash only refunded $7.50 so they are making a profit!! Do not use DoorDash!!!”

“I ordered something from a store 7 minutes from my house, I don’t understand why it took 2 hours for them to get to me after they were assigned to me. It’s a small town and I don’t foresee a 2 hour wait in any circumstance. I have a child I’m watching and I don’t have the time to go out. This upset me and I was charged a lot for something that could have been $11. Do better”

“They screwed me by canceling my order with asking me and then not even offering to have it put into credits that can be used the next day. They didn’t even offer to let me change the delivery time. They are the worse and then lie through their teeth. Should stick with intact.”

“Felipe was my door dasher for my starbucks and upon arrival of deliverying my coffee with specific instructions when a UPS delivery personnel arrived at the same time and explained to Felipe that he had to press the button then open the door Felipe said; no I'm good and left my order on the floor by the door outside. when the instructions were to deliver to front office resceptionist. I am not pleased with Felipe's performance and I strongly feel that this door dasher was unprofessional and out of line on his actions and needs to be held accounted for his wrong doing. My order was messed up I ordered my beverage with no whip and it came with whip. What I am more dissatified with is Felipe performance.”

“DoorDash repeatedly has denied any issues with their system for the last month and a half my weekly deposited are locked having to call multiple times only to deal with disrespectful staff who do not do their job they look at the first thing on the screen and say whatever to not deal with the call. It’s not a banking issue as I even changed banks to rule this out, they hold ur pay hostage trying to say it’s in transition when it’s not and they lie each representative gives different information when u call about the same issue nobody is on the same page EVER. The pay extremely low and then hold ur pay which is illegal. They blame the drivers that were just confused about whatever the situation is or it’s our banks fault or our phone needs to be refreshed and app uninstalled god for bid they take accountability for the fact that their app doesn’t work correctly and constantly glitches even while doordashing.”

“My order arrived was the sticker seal broken. The dasher also sat in the parking lot of the restaurant for 20 minutes after the order way picked up. It is a five minute drive from my house to the restaurant. It took one hour to get my order. They also arrived later than the latest time estimate. I ordered via the subway app and I can’t get my money back because door dash was the delivery service.”

“drivers needs to learn how to use google maps and follow directions and be able to read and listen to customers when someone tells the dasher they are at the wrong building that dont mean leave their food sitting outside on the ground for rabbits cats dogs and squirrels and geese to get it also when a customer says hand it to them it means you hand it to a person not sit it on the ground drivers that dont follow directions need to pay for refunds and redeliver the food properly or get fire asap and not be able to be a delivery driver for any other company”

“I consistently have driver screw ups and restaurants screw ups with DoorDash. I recently ordered 30 bucks worth of Mexican food asked for no cheese, got cheese and I cannot get refunded or credited. I am allergic to dairy and cannot eat it. It is not worth a trip to the emergency room. They say I’ve had too many problems. How is it a problem if it’s not my screwup?”

“First order experience with doordash: ordered seven or eight simple items from a market 5 minutes from my house at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday, scheduled for 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. delivery. They couldn't handle it. My market closed at 9:00 p.m. and I never received my order. 11 hours they had to put this order together and get it to me and they couldn't handle it. Absolutely horrible service, and they will never hear from me again. Even worse than instacart?”
