It took over a hour to receive my order. And customer support don't help when u report it to them about any situation u have. I had problems all month from them. Items missing,food cold cause it takes almost 2 hours for them to bring it. They substitute items with what they want. Dashers look dirty,not a good way to look handling people food

If I could give them a ZERO I would. The dasher cancelled my order from Wendy’s because was told it was already picked up. Never received the order. Called them multiple times and was told a refund was issued. It would take 10-12 days. After the 12th I still haven’t received it. The supervisor was rude and didn’t not help at all. I haven’t gotten it yet and I gave up on it. Use Uber eats or another service.

Second time in two weeks driver picked up my food and cancelled after pickup - both times after I had already added a very generous tip. To get your refund you have to waste time calling them and talking to CS reps for 15-20 min. I was ordering for convenience, not to have my time wasted. Also this is theft - but DoorDash doesn't keep track of offending dashers or fire drivers who steal customers' food (even once is one time too many). I would press charges if I were the restaurant losing money to these people on a regular basis.

I ordered food and it took them an hr to deliver it I called doordash and they only wanted to refund me my 3.00 tip and I said no because it was their drivers fault my food was cold not the restaurants so they refunded me 13.00 and my order was 25.00 I will never use doordash again... This was not the first time I have had issues with doordash I ordered before and I always gave a cash tip and the driver gives me my food and I was about to hand him his tip and he says well next time don't forget the tip with an attitude well needless to say he didn't get a tip

Simply terrible! My purchase from Bw3 went from $23.00 to $44.00. I asked the door dasher, how could that be? I told her Bw3 had told me the total price but was almost doubled. She said not a clue. I called door dash customer service and said I should read the fine print. But that's ok. Never again will I use door dash.

Ordered Wingstop for a friend back in February and the food was terrible. Was missing dipping sauce, dasher even took the drink back with him. Would only receive a partial refund for the damage. My friend contacted DoorDash about what happened and was told that I would be fully refunded the next day. But I call my credit card company and turns out I did not receive my full refund. Shame on you DoorDash. Can’t refund right ever.

I ordered food and went to door to retrieve food once I received the delivery notification. Upon opening my door, I found nothing there. The dasher took a picture of the red dasher delivery bag at my door but not a picture of the food. I contacted doordash via the app and they refused to refund me. I then telephoned doordash while simultaneously sending the dasher a message that I was filing a police report. The dasher apologized and said that he delivered to wrong address. It was not until this occurred that doordash agreed to give me a credit. I find it deplorable that a dasher can merely take a picture as evidence of a delivery and not actually deliver anything. And in my case, there was not a picture taken of the food. Yet the company refused to do anything. They didn't even contact the dasher. I had to do it. I am dropping doordash.

Door dash is absolutely horrible.. I continously recieve incorrect orders and 9 of 10 fo to my neighbors. I finally quit and cancled the service. I was paying for convenience but with incorrect orders and arguing with my neighbors it was more trouble than it's worth. I was continously told too bad just fight your neighbors for your order. I really wasn't trying for a refund just door dash to fix the issues. See photo of delivered message vs my house.

The dasher that delivered to me, stole my change and did not return with the rest of my order. I had to go to the restaraunt i ordered from and wait for the rest of my order to be remade. This is poor customer service. Doordash is becoming more and more unreliable. Some of these dashers think that they are owed something. It is just pathetic. I wish doordash would just close up, and restaraunts go back to using their own hired drivers again.

The dasher spoke 0 english, we ordered our food at 6 (set to be delivered at 6:54), at 7:45, no food or text had been received. We reached out to the driver personally but never heard anything back. This was outrageous, my family already paid 170 dollars just to wait for nearly 2 hours and never receive the order.

DoorDash is absolutely horrible. I’ve had a dash pass for 4 years and spent money on convenience and despite my loyalty to them they refused to give my money back for an order that one of their dashers tampered with. I went as far as going to the store and taking pictures of how the product looked when it was picked up and how it looked when it got to me and still they refused to give me my money back but suspended the dashers account.

The items I asked for not delivered and I was told not available,-one was substituted and the other one was just left off for the same reason-I knew that the store had these products because I called to make sure-you may have to ask an store associate to get them .This has happened two times with Door Dash and I think they need to ask if they can’t find it /it’s very expensive to use D Dash .This was in a a pet store and medicine I use for my cat.

I was told by one of the customer support staff members that I would receive a full refund and when I called they said I would only get twelve dollars in refund even though the food was unedible.

I ordered Taco Bell late, but well before they closed. Everything went as planned until my dasher messaged me that it was taking too long (in Spanish). I responded (in Spanish) that it wasn’t a problem, hoping to alleviate some of the barrier between us. Then, it seems he stopped caring about my food altogether. He drove far away (which i can provide screenshots for) and stopped responding to my messages. I kept messaging him with no success and eventually resorted to cursing at him. I said “fuck you bro”, which was admittedly not the smartest move, but shouldn’t be a reason to not get my food. He then canceled the entire order. And keep in mind, i ordered well before Taco Bell closed, but at this point, it was after they closed, so I was not able to re order my food. I then called DoorDash customer support and they were very unhelpful as i “used profanity” so therefore my prefer SHOULD HAVE been canceled. Absolutely ridiculous how they treat a long time dash pass member. I just wanted my Taco Bell, there should be no reason I’m cancelling my dash pass membership tonight. Shaking my head as i type.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with my order from this store through DoorDash, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts in the hope that it helps others (and possibly alerts the management to their issues). I ordered a banana split, which is something I was really looking forward to enjoying. However, to my utter disbelief, I was informed that they could not make a banana split before 4 PM. How is it possible that a store specializing in ice cream desserts cannot prepare such a basic item during regular hours? Instead of addressing my request, I was offered a pint of ice cream as a substitute. Let me be clear: it is not what I ordered! I had specifically chosen the banana split because it is a treat my wife loves and a special indulgence for us. The pint of ice cream simply does not compare, and it felt like a lack of effort on their part to provide a satisfactory resolution. To be honest, for $17, I expected more than just a run-of-the-mill alternative that didn't meet my needs. This experience was not only disappointing, but it also felt like a disrespect to the customers who are trying to enjoy a special treat. I take pride in ensuring that my wife gets what she wants, especially when it comes to something as small as dessert, and this visit left both of us frustrated. Overall, I would rate my experience as a one-star, and I will not be returning to this establishment. It’s a shame, because I had high hopes for this order, but they absolutely fell short of providing even basic customer service. If you can’t fulfill a straightforward request like a banana split, perhaps it’s time for some serious re-evaluation of operations. I want to encourage anyone considering this place to think twice — and I know I will be searching for alternatives in the future. When I called customer service, I got hung up on when speaking to a supervisor!!!!!
