Had food stolen and they gave me refund. Thieves suck. Doordash does not.

I'm so thankful for doordash my toodler has been in a mood everytime we leave the house today twice she lost it the hole time we were out today so I decided to order skip the dishes McDonald's happy meal easy I'm tired it's to hot out so skip the dishes wouldn't accept my bank card I tryed 5 times them wrote to them then thought of doordash and you guys were less then half hour bless you people

This is getting ridiculous door dashers stealing orders and I be tipping them and they don't like to listen to the customer period yeah pay people to deliver food and you get stuff stolen but the driver is still making money I hope door dash goes out of business Uber eats customer service is way better time to stick with Uber eats

First time using this company. I received a text saying my driver had handed my order to me, but nothing had arrived. They delivered to the wrong address, so I called and they refused to go back and deliver it to the correct address. Never using DoorDash again. Hate that it prompted me to tip the driver before completing my order and receiving my food.

They owe me almost $100 in refunds because my orders wouldn't be assigned Dashers for days on end. It's been 11 days since my first cancellation and my bank still has no pending transactions from Door Dash. Customer service refuses to do anything because they say that the refunds have already been issued. Not only was in unable to get my groceries delivered living out in the country with no transportation but my bank account went negative because I still haven't received my refund.

Doordash Doesn’t like to give people money back for orders the customer never received or canceled due to a restaurant issue. The customer service is awful and the managers are very rude and disrespectful. I still haven’t received a refund or gotten this issue resolved.

DoorDash is the worst delivery company in the United States. Some of their DoorDashers pretend from time to time they can’t find the delivery address so they can eat the food. DoorDash should be shutdown. This company needs to be sued.

Worst policies ever! We bought an expensive item from Best Buy through DoorDash but had to return it in a few days. Money went to DoorDash card and DoorDash declined to return our money back. So we returned the item and lost our money too. This is DoorDash. Never use DoorDash

Worst experience ever. I order my food at 6:15 PM. The app tells me that my food will be here by 7:10 PM. I get a call from DoorDash at 7:07 PM telling me that a driver picked up my order and then clocked out. I guess another driver was dispatched there to pick up my food, but the place I ordered from would not remake it since it was already picked up by their other driver. DoorDash did nothing to make the situation right. I will never ever use DoorDash again Or recommend DoorDash to anyone that I care about. DoorDash is horrible

2 times I ordered & never received my order!!! Then Door dash had the nerve to issue a refund of 5 or 6 dollars knowingly I paid way more than that! They refuse to gibe me back what I actually paid I will not use them ever again!!!

Unfortunately not even one start! My card was compromised and I have a pending charge for an order I never made. When I called to dispute it the first costumer service representative hung up on me because I couldnt understand why theu couldnt help me, and the second was soooo rude. I've only ordered door dash once recently and I assure you never again! Keep your bank info safe people.

Every time I order and it’s delivered thru DoorDash it’s an issue. Either half your order is missing or you don’t get anything at all. All their customer service people off is the minimum amount back. They should offer all the damn fees and service fees you pay back for the inconvenience

If I could give a zero I would. I was a very frequent loyal customer up until my needs where not meet a few times and I'm an at home parent. I called in after waiting 40 minutes for my order to be assigned. 2 representative GUARANTEED me it would not be cancelled and it would be pick up. I asked again because it closed in an hour. I called again 30 minutes before to another agent; the store closed I was told but they were trying. I said if I need to get it myself let me know sooner then later because I have a child at home and need certain items. I asked why did it take 3 hours and why was this so stressful and inconvenient. At the end of the day they cancelled it and issued a refund that does not go back for 3-5 business days so doordash send you a text to spend more money on another order like they did not just charge you anyways regardless of a refund you do not recieve immediately. I was NOT even given the option for credit. As a parent doordash is useless. If they can't find a dasher in 3 hours and my tip was not bad at all considering there fees are so high this is beyond me. I am a very upset parent. I will be removing doordash they are no good if your a parent. It's just another order to the system that might fail. Jokes on me lesson learned don't trust this delivery method, get your child items yourself or through other apps. If they could some reps would say do it yourself based off there poor English & insane lack of empathy or want to help. If anyone sees this and has any suggestions with app that actually do better I'd appreciate to read the comments. Thank you.

Got less than a half rack, got 5 bones!! Ordered a full rack, 13 bones per restaurant. Cost $88 for 5 bones and two salads were no more than lettuce!! Restaurant says it was a mistake. No refund was offered!! Why would DoorDash order only half the food we ordered, or the delivery person ate it!!

Had the DoorDash app installed to my phone about a month ago. Made 2 previous orders without issue. Ordered a few poutines and fries from a place not too far away (My son's birthday and that's what he wanted). Order was ready on time and the 'dasher' picked it up a few minutes later. They then proceeded to make deliveries "along the way" in the opposing direction of my residence. After 30 minutes of waiting and knowing I had another 'estimated' 15 mins to wait longer I contacted customer support. Long story short...they credited me for the tip I left but not for my wet, cold, and soggy food which I never received anyways. The reason being the order was already placed and that "sometimes we group orders together". Oh, really? I am supposed to know this as a new customer and never notified ahead of time? I would have never ordered it! Then I called customer service to get the runaround until I asked to speak to a manager. 24-48 hrs... really? I have used Skip The Dishes many times in the past and when they make a mistake, not only do they apologize, own up to it, and give you a full refund. DoorDash is the complete opposite. Even though it is clearly their issue and not the vendors, they deny any wrongdoing and blame it on everyone else. If this isn't modern day piracy and thievery, I cannot understand why they would rather have the bad publicity and shaming rather than being honest and refunding me for the money ($20) which doesn't grow on trees. Get a grip DD. I suggest NOBODY uses their service unless they have better accountability than this. Pathetic. Minus 5 stars.
