Late order, about one hour late.. Couldn't call the Dasher, no number.. Expensive delevary fee then expensive service fee for a late drink, cold drink become warm. Also taked tips.. WTF service is that..

I had a rude DoorDash driver and I didn’t get my food and I got a whole $15 back in credit after I paid thousands of dollars to DoorDash so I’m done!

I'm sick and tired of paying premium money for my hot food to arrive cold. This always occurs whenever the driver has to make additional stops before me. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Cold hot sucks.

Placed an order for local restaurant while at work. I paid $55. My order was incorrect. I called the restaurant and they confirmed with the cook that it was wrong by mistake. They told me to call DoorDash since they delivered. Long story short, they are only giving me back less than $15. They won't even budge. That is the last time I'm using DoorDash. Poor customer service as I lost out on $40 plus no food.

my order was stolen cause ur dasher pit my order in front of another hotel room door and it costed me 40 dollars and i had to reoder the same order im pist and it not fair that u guys dont care and u do not value my door dash top member...and all of the evidence is in the photo the text messages with dasher and i reorder it why would i reoder the sane meal twice

Doordash Review Only use DoorDash if you are ok with eating the cost of wrong orders bc they refuse to take accountability and correct issues with wrong orders. Their chat reps are rude and will disconnect the chat when they dont want to help resolve the problem bc they know they can get away with it & customer cannot get that same chat rep back! Ordered Nachos and they delivered it with ZERO CHEESE! Not one drop of cheese. Paid $18 for "Chips" delivery. Submitted PHOTO EVIDENCE of PLAIN CHIPS delivered AND CHAT rep said "wait an hour" to get decision for refund. Hour later, they determined that customer refund SHOULD BE DENIED! Never in my life any place on earth does any restaurant or any persons ever Called "NACHOS" with ZERO CHEESE as being Nachos. Melted CHEESE IS the MAIN INGREDIENT of NACHOS! Without it, it's just a pile of chips! You can buy a bigger pile of "chips" for $6 or less at ANY STORE & no one otders "chips" as a meal, but DoorDash reps did NOT CARE. They all believed the customer should just eat the $18 "Chips" they were delivered instead of the NACHOS they ordered. Dont waste ur time calling for Supervisor rep, bc Vincent either pretended to be a supervisor or he was just as incompetent & same amt of rudeness as a regular rep. Vincent also did not resolve the incorrect order BUT instead he had the audacity to ask "Did I resolve your issue?" ... I said "no" and he immediately and abruptly hung up & left me holding the $18 plain chips with zero resolution. Honestly, there are waaaaaay better delivery services out there who quickly resolve order mistakes such as GrubHub & Seamless. Both GrubHub & Seamless also has less fees attached. Definitely do not recommend DoorDash, unless you are ok with getting ripped off when u get wrong or incorrect orders.

Customer service has turned into a joke. My order was more than 10 minutes late. I stood in the doorway trying to flag the dasher down. She passed me twice. I finally called, then had to send a text message. My address is right in front!

If I could give Doordash a big fat zero I would. They're absolutely horrible. They don't deliver your items and then lie about sending you a refund. They're crooks and should be penalized for their horrible service. I've reported them to the BBB and I have every intention to follow through with my report.

Worst delivery service ever!!! Im literally sick of this poor company the drivers are a complete disaster the worst thing is you order directly from the store or the restaurant and they send a doordash ! This should be asked in advance!!! you never know!!! I just ordered from Papa John's pizza and rhe driver Silmara first wanted me to get to the street and walk a block to pick up my food! Later when she finally arrives 16 piece order of chicken wings vith $25 dollar value was missing and never bring the ticket, i called store manager and they said they delivered and make a picture. So....

I have used door dash for years and they use to give refunds easily, now they no longer give refund even if you did not get the right food, they offer a small percentage at best then tell you they will send it to their refund department only to be told you get nothing. Im done with door dash, it's sad cause im home bound but I cannot afford to pay for food I will not eat. Im gonna try grub hub I hope it's better.

Never again will I use this company. Terrible customer service, always have missing items or items that look like they were tampered with. Closing my account for ever. Im done with this terrible company.

So tired of Door Dash adding an order to the driver and then our order which was picked up first is the last one delivered. Then when you complain you get met with an AI response that leads you nowhere. Seems like this company doesn’t care about customers. We use Door Dash up to 5 times per week and now we’re officially done. Goodbye

Doordash did not deliver today and stated that they delivered and denied me a refund. I have an 800 plus credit score and I purchase thousands of dollars worth of products all the time. Why would I lie about a $38 pizza? If I could post pictures I would. I purchased a pizza from another pizzeria with another delivery service GrubHub who delivered it before I even got the denial of the refund with doordash.. shame on them

The drivers are great, but the people who give your orders to the drivers are very terrible on 1-28-26. I did an order and paid for my order at 5;54 pm, but they never gave myorderr to a dasher almost 7 pm wich i didnt resive my order untill 7;30 pm that night and on 1-29-26b i paid for another order at 11;22 and it says i have to wait untill 12;11-12;29 to get my order and once again on one started shopping for my order this happens to me every time i do an order at dollar general in meadville dow at the downtown mall but whgen my daughter orders from there they give her ordewr right away to a dasher and we both live in the same household

When Trying to order pizza just 1 km away my order was 48.00 on the website my pizza was supposed to be 45.00 when checking out it was 48.00 52.00 total before tax 13.00 fee + tax 7.00 delivery fee 7.00 driver tip automatic $20.00 to deliver a pizza 1km outragous I did not Order What a rip off and sneaky Would never trust a company like that

I had several awful experiences. My order was never delivered, and the dasher submitted photos of unrelated locations. Despite this, DoorDash refused to issue a refund. I specifically asked the dasher for my PIN, yet the system allowed the delivery to be marked complete without it. The customer service was unhelpful and felt automated, offering no real support. Very disappointing service and confusing app design. I even contacted the CEO on LinkedIn to explain what happened and how badly users are being treated, but he completely ignored it.

The slittiest app to work for literally use any other company insta cart,uber eats, grub hub any honest company that wants to be there and help there drivers but most importantly there customers… Just a totally disgrace app should be removed from the App Store and the creator need to try again or not actually

I wish there was something less than one-star reviews. This is the poorest service I have received in ages. The cake I ordered was not delivered. Soon after I got a notice of delivery, I called three times to alert them that I had not received the order. I had to deal with poor communication issues from the service reps, and also blatant disregard for the situation at hand. I also requested that they either reach out to their courier to confirm where the delivery was made, so it could be rectified, or send pictures of the delivery location. The last person I spoke with said they have a standard policy not refund or follow up with the courier about the missing delivery. They couldnt even explain why!
