Yesterday I had a driver who I think intentionally was trying not to deliver my order. I took two screen recordings of the driver “missing” my street. When I reached out to the driver asking if they needed to be navigated by me, miraculously they “found” my street. They then proceeded to deliver it to the wrong house and DOORDASH is refusing to refund me even with SUFFICED evidence and a support agent via chat admitting the delivery was sent to the wrong place. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The food we had from a restaurant was terrible, we left an honest review and the restaurant said they would refund me. Everytime I contact doordash they refuse to give me my money back and keep closing the chat without letting me reply.

DoorDash stole my money, and I will be canceling my subscription at the end of this year. I ordered over 30 items that totaled $140. The Dasher NEVER showed up, yet they claimed they delivered my groceries. I told DoorDash I have a Ring Cam and do not mind turning in footage to show that the Dasher never showed up. I called the Dasher, and they ignored my calls. They NEVER took a picture of my groceries near any door. No proof that the groceries were delivered anywhere. I called DoorDash, and they were RUDE, especially the manager. They said they spoke to the Dasher, who stated they delivered my groceries. AGAIN with NO proof. DoorDash ended the investigation and only gave me HALF of the $140 I spent. I received NO groceries and half the money ON STORE CREDIT!!!! THEY ARE thieves and condone unfairness. Additionally, guys, they overcharge for groceries. Ever wonder why we don’t get a receipt for groceries? But we get receipts for restaurants. Because they are OVERCHARGING!!! Grocery stores give receipts, so why don’t we receive our grocery receipts from DoorDash? Going to UBER eats.

98% of the time my food arrives cold and dashers don't follow simple instructions to please ring the doorbell and hand it to me even when I'm supposed to provide a delivery code When I've asked for credit or compensation it's denied Could NOT be more disappointed Not using dd and switching to GH or Uber Eats and canceling my subscription Doordash DOES NOT live up to their promises Need to higher dashers that can speak and understand English!!!

If I could rate -10 I would. Even more if allowed. I have never had a good experience with DoorDash. Literally never. I've used them in a professional setting - horrible experience. I've used them personally one or twice - also horrible. I avoid DoorDash at all costs. This past weekend, we decided to order in and ordered Chili's to be delivered. We ordered directly with the restaurant, and I was not aware that the restaurant uses DoorDash to deliver orders. Had I knows, I would have just picked up the order myself (which I ended up doing anyway THE SECOND TIME I made the order). My initial order said it was delivered to my address, but nothing was there when I went to pick it up from my front porch. No one ever came and we are certain of this as we were home and watching the front porch camera to see when they would arrive. I was furious. I contacted DoorDash support and after being on hold for 30 minutes someone finally picked up the line only to be placed on hold again for 10 minutes before them coming back and saying they were having "system errors." The gentleman asked if I could hang up and call back to see if it resolved the issue with him locating my account, which I refused because I was now 1. irate, 2. annoyed from being on hold for so long then being tossed around, and 3. hungry. He offered for us to disconnect the call, and he assured me he would call me directly in 1-2 minutes. He never did. I eventually re-ordered our food - now spending double - and driving to pick it up myself. I contacted DoorDash again on my home (because I never received a call back), and the representative this time told me because I ordered through the restaurant that I had to contact them for a refund - ALTHOUGH THIS MISTAKE WAS FULLY ON DOORDASH. This is just outlandish on so many levels. This isn't the first time I've not had an order delivered due to DoorDash's lack of professionalism, and, again, had I known they would be using DoorDash I would have never selected delivery as an option. DoorDash clearly has several operational issues that need resolving and needs to provide proper training to their contractors to ensure a better experience for their customers. I will leave a negative review everyday until someone contacts me about this.

Door Dash continues to send our orders to the wrong address! And, no help at all to retrieve our order and deliver to the correct address! Not good customer service in my book!!

Every single order delivered through DoorDash has been incorrect all the way from completely wrong orders to missing items. In every case the driver appeared to belong to some gang. DoorDash "customer service" is a joke.

Horrible company! Rude dashers, delivered wrong or incomplete orders. Already made a complaint with the Attorney General's office and won. Don't know why they're still in business!

Please don't buy nothing from this place. I order diapers for my son. The driver never ever answered the call he dropped my delivery anywhere at this cold. They still charge me 13 dollars for delivery service. I am not using door dash service never more .I will keep using Uber eats. I don't recommend door dash

was my first time using an app delivery service, and it was about my 3rd time ordering. order came with soggy fries with a fly in them so i called the restaurant and they told me i have to request a refund from doordash. doordash wanted to avoid paying the refund, so they lied and said i was constantly asking for refunds and they couldn't issue any. i said look again because i only opened this account a week ago and it was my first time using their service. they then said they could look up previous email accounts... somehow, and could see that i was doing it on other accounts. well i've had just 2 email accounts for the past 15 years, one personal, and one for work, and i never used either of those emails for a delivery service prior to this. it made me recognize their company as scammers instantly and i stopped using them ever since. this was about 1 1/2 to 2 years ago. but recently, living in a diffent city i ordered an item from home depot and discovered that they use doordash to deliver small items. while waiting for my delivery, i got a call from home depot asking whether i rejected the item being delivered, or is doordash just saying that. i didnt receive a call or get a knock on my door, so they just randomly said i rejected the item. i told them that, and apparently the home depot worker had the feeling that this was the case because she said "i thought so, i will try to send it out again." i got my item later that night, but it made me thing about the time with the refused refund and i thought i should post a review. because honestly, im amazed they are still in business.

Driver was rude, demanding and incompetent. He expected us to provide a cart to bring our groceries up (we have an elevator) or collect them in the parking lot. When we wouldn't do his work for him, he drove away without notice. This is the SECOND time the same thing happened with the same guy. Loves to argue, complain and demand instead of doing his job! This lug should be fired! Very Bad impression of DoorDash because of him. Calgary 12/5/25.

Door dash is stealing my money. I ordered food and did not receive 4 burritos they only refunded me for 1. They still owe close to $30 for the other 3 I did not receivd. They are refusing to refund my money.

Our food arrived undercooked and burned I sent pictures I sent videos that clearly show a doughy breadstick and burned cheesy bread. I appealed the decision and my refund was still denied. Even though the person I talk to even said he could see the breadstick was doughy I was told to just eat it. I never did get a refund it was impossible to talk to anybody so it basically spent 30-40 bucks on nothing So I will never use doordash again.

Door dash takes 15-30% of the bill that you place EACH time! They mark up prices and then charge you three separate fees to layer one big one really. Not to mention recently they've been ignoring wrong orders and will you send you a few cents instead of the entire thing and there's nobody to talk to about besides rude help agents. Lets just admit we've been scammed.

DoorDash is the worst. They have almost no support options. They won’t even allow me to dispute their decision to refund me only $2 of a $20 order after the store sent food with onions that I specifically asked for without due to my son having an intolerance. He can get sick if he eats them. So he couldn’t eat the food and I had to get him something elsewhere. I sent photos of the food clearly having a bunch of onions but they refuse to refund me more than $2. And they make it nearly impossible to get any help. I will not be using their services at all and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know.
