I order an entree and side dish regularly from a restaurant. It's hit or miss for the side dish. Sometimes they don't have it, even though it's on the menu. To their credit, DD has refunded me in the past when the wrong item was sent instead. However, without warning that there is a limit to this practice, my refund request was denied due to account history. I asked for this one-time consideration now that I know not to order it again. Denied. They have no appreciation for customer goodwill to refund such a small amount for them. >:-(

Got a GC. NEVER USED DOORDASH BEFORE. ACCOUNT I SET UP INDICATES CERTIFICATE REDEEMED. CAN'T OPEN THE LINK AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

Customer service is the absolute worst. I contacted them regarding an incorrect order and they refused to help. I was told I would receive an email or phone call and I never did. They got paid and all of their fees and refused to credit the difference in cost for the item that was incorrect. I've deleted my app and refuse to ever use them again. Their fees are ridiculous but customer service is the absolute worst.

Placed a $200 order for lunch at work and received less than half of the order, the driver drove off when i thought he was retrieving another bag from his trunk. No response from the driver when I called several times and sent messages we didn't have the full order. DoorDash customer service refused a refund for the items we didn't receive claiming that the restaurant said we they completed the order. I drove to the restaurant with the half of the order I had, and the store manager quickly appeared with TWO additional bags in hand stating the driver left without all of the order and said they haven't spoken to anyone with DoorDash. DoorDash is basically theft of servicing everyone using them and not refunding them when they don't get their items, in addition to charging more than the store/restaurant, plus all of the service fees, plus all of the drivers complaining in local pages consumers need to tip more because Door Dash doesn't pay well. All in all, Cancelling the Dash Pass, our monthly meals as a team will no longer be delivered, and I will NEVER use Door Dash again. They took over $200 for a few beverages and roughly 20 chicken tenders with fries.

2 times ordered through sheets app with detailed instructions 2 times a screwup the driver must not pay attention ,then they blame sheetz sheetz did not deliver they did there part

My husband works with DoorDash and they stole his cash tip money from his earnings. This is absolutely disgusting. When he called them all they said was there was nothing they can do. They STOLE from my husband. They cannot legally do that, but DoorDash doesn’t care about its drivers. I will never use a company that steals from its own employees to put money in their own pockets. DoorDash is just out for themselves!

Originally Doordash worked but with multiple deliveries everytime the food comes cold and unpalatable. I understand the business model gir dashers needed to make most of an effort but if I was a restaurant expecting to receive their food with quality - Doordash as a model will run its course quickly

Door Dash has poor customer service in that when the restaurant mistakenly excludes an item, or the Dasher delivers item to the wrong address, Door Dash does not mediate on the customer s behalf. The customer must self mediate by calling Door Dash to request a resolution. Door Dash very rarely mitigates the issue in a timely or favorably manner. Door Dash needs to hold restaurants and merchants more accountable. Door Dash also needs to resolve problems more speedily and issue refunds promptly without the customer having to wait 7 to 10 days. Door Dash also should offer more courtesy credits towards future purchases if they want customer business and loyalty. I have used Door Dash service for over a year and I rate them a 1 or 2 out of 10. Time to take my business elsewhere.

Food is almost never on time. You pay high prices for the food and the service. So why shouldn’t you expect quality and punctuality? Too many times my food has arrived really cold and not worth what I over paid for. The worst thing of all is when you bring it to their attention about late, cold, and it has been sitting (most likely on some dasher’s dirty floor board) for awhile they refund you %15 of what you spent. How is that even fair? It’s not…it’s robbery! I had enough of it and deleted my account.

I placed an order for Jersey Mike's and doordash was the third party delivery. The driver picked up my food sent a picture and was on the way then after the time I looked I looked to check my tracking and it said the order was canceled that the address was incorrect though this is the same address I used for doordash since I've had it call customer service to see if they can contact driver to still bring me my food because the restaurant I ordered from us had to run around said he person said they couldn't contact the driver the driver wouldn't answer then I asked for his information and was given the runaround as per supervisor was hung up on now I'm waiting for another customer service representative the finished sorting out with her supervisor if I can get a credit due to the incompetence of the driver. Very very unhappy all I wanted was my sandwich

In the app should be already built in that customers have to tip minimum 18% of order doordash has been screwing drivers around no wonder we are declining orders!

I am a senior citizen. I ordered from Golden Corral in Mooresville N.C. The driver could not speak English and the person at the restaurant told him to wait till they got the potato in the box for our order that it would only be a minute. 2 drivers were there and both took off and did not tell them that they canceled. I was at home waiting. Well Golden Corral delivered our food a few hours later and did what door dash failed to do. They also at Golden Corral gave us a full refund on our card. I do not want to use door dash again. I also hear that if you do not tip good the drivers will turn down your order and go somewhere else! Bad experience!! Wanda Golden

They charged my card twice saying my order was declined from my bank and then told me one of my orders did go through but I was still charged twice now I can't feed my family

DoorDash service is lacking. Driver claimed they were at my door through chat. I called driver to see where he was...no answer first calls. Through chat, he sent a picture of where he dropped my food off. Have no idea where or what the picture was. Never mind that I have a code attached to my delivery. One more attempt to contact driver, someone answered but never spoke. My order was over $80. Waiting for my refund to card. This is not the first issue with DoorDash. Now I remember why I stopped using them. Note, only giving one star because I have to in order to leave a comment. Otherwise, I would give no star rating.

The delivery driver delivered to the wrong address. My daughter had ordered food for us and they sent a picture of the food to my daughter but it was not a pic of our front door. I went walking outside and saw a dog sniffing at a package on my neighbors porch. I went running over and chased it off and it was my package. I rung the neighbors door bell and asked if anybody had rung their doorbell, they said no. The order was from Applebees and they refused to do anything about it.

Last night I specifically paid extra to have my rolls made with brown rice, but when the order arrived there was barely any brown rice used and the rice itself was extremely mushy with no proper texture at all. I contacted DoorDash immediately for compensation, but my request was declined. I then spoke with multiple agents who assured me the issue would be reviewed and that I would receive an email update shortly. However, I have still not received any email, follow-up, or resolution regarding this matter. I paid extra for a product that was not delivered as advertised, and I expect this issue to be addressed properly. Please provide an update and an appropriate resolution as soon as possible.

I was charged for an order that was never assigned a driver. I was the one that noticed that no driver had been assigned, so I called Doordash, and was told that my order was cancelled and there were no available drivers in my area. When I insisted on speaking to a supervisor because I had been charged for an order when there are no available drivers, I was place on hold for an extended period of time. When the supervisor came on line, she told me that I still had to pay for my order, but could be issued a credit for a future order or wait 5-7 days for a refund. I insisted on her telling me how a delivery service thinks they have the right to charge people when they don't have delivery drivers available. She repeated told me that they had no control of the situation. I will be further persuing this legal injustice!

I had an item shipped by DashLink and even though it says delivered, I didn’t get it. Do not use companies that use DashLink for #hipping if you want to get your purchase. Terrible company
