Horrible! Customer service Canceled my order than took more than 100 dollars and never refunded my money! So they just stole from me!

DoorDash hires the worst delivery people. I always have some issue with them, they need to work on hiring people with a little more integrity. Our driver stole our Halloween candy (bowl and all) from our porch on Halloween night. Caught on camera and everything lol. I mean, I get you need your fix but come on, what about the kids lol

Terrible service and company! Use uber or anything else Placed an order on safeway.com even paid for expedited delivery with a sizable tip for the driver, when I realized my order was not out for delivery and it was more than 45 minutes late I contacted customer service sat on hold on their text app for more than 10 minutes then somebody came, no resolution very slow return text no resolution at all I decided to cancel my order. At that point, the order was more than 45 minutes late driver then called very difficult to understand. Trying to plead to keep the order I canceled use another service people. They did not offer to credit me for the extra service delivery fee. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my card. In addition, used their service many times for Starbucks when the drinks arrived always a straw even though I would text the driver they never understood and the drinks would arrive on our doorstep spilled all over inside of the Starbucks bag. This happened more than five times.

On my last 2 deliveries, the food has been cold and prepared incorrectly even though I paid the extra 2.99 for the express delivery. I will not use doordash again.

Terrible and I will never use DoirDash again. They’ve messed up every order I place, then send some random food I didn’t order. And they will not refund only give credits. No integrity at all. Bonnie Sargent

Order from Sir Pizza was delivered to wrong address by "Abdul Rhamen". Instructions were to call when arriving, and NOT to leave food at door (hand to me). Driver would not respond to return text - got picture of wrong door left at. Called Door dash, refund for order is pending. WILL NOT USE DOORDASH AGAIN!!!

Part of the order was missing and both DoorDash and merchant refused to give me credit or refund . After thousands !!! spent on DoorDash I am no longer going to be a customer.

This company has literally went from being great to start garbage. I got an order today and you could clearly see that the food was old and upon review was denied my refund. They need to do better and actually review these restaurants for poor quality food. If we spend our money and still can’t eat the food what is the point ? Then I ordered a large and literally got a medium size fry in a large container. The this company needs to really reevaluate their business. I will not use this company ever again. I have deleted my account refuse to keep spending money for trash

DoorDash as a company is rude and doesn't respect or consider its customers, especially senior citizens. We do have certain considerations that should be met because of age and other conditions. They never consider giving discounts of 50-60% more than once when grocery shopping online. I received a discount only once because I complained about their awful drivers - not caring about who they hire. Many of them don't read the delivery instructions (or can't) that are very easy and clear. Who can mistake the front door that is after entering a locked gate leading to a sidewalk afterwards? Then there are drivers that are angry from the onset, and those who appear to be scary and/or dangerous, but might not be. So, while DoorDash is busy hiring lots of not so good drivers that don't speak English, or very, very little, they also need to focus on their clientele, instead of running them off due to bad hiring and food theft. I had food theft also with HEB that sent Praying hands and a message in Spanish that meant "I'm so when translated. I suppose they were, or their children were hungry, like they tried to do to me. JUST GET BRTTER DOORDASH!! and make a po sc drive improvement to keep good and valuable customers.

My order is on track for getting here in 2 hours. I am trying to cancel my order but I am stuck on the “waiting for assistant page”. I just want my money back, there is no reason I shouldn’t be able to cancel my order when the ETA is in 2 hours. Unreal

We were gifted two $50 cards for Doordash for our wedding. When we went to redeem them we were hit with an error code. We called customer support and they were 0 help and instructed us to call Costco to get Costco to fix it. However since this was a gift, we are unable to go to Costco but need the people that gifted us the cards to do it. Essentially it's super messy, the pins were faulty, Doordash takes no blame and no responsibility for their gift card vendors, they will not give us a credit or coupon. We are throwing out this wedding gift as we can't fix the problem. Useless.

Poor customer service. Send orders to store 7 miles away from my home when there’s a location a mile away. Then wasn’t able to match with a driver because it was out of my zone. Refused to give me a credit and I had to drive 40 minutes to pick my order up when I had an appointment to be somewhere. Horrible customer service. Supervisor never returned call when she said she did in an email. No missed calls. Phone never rang.

I’ve used door dash for years. Within the last 2 years prices have been insanely increased on door dashes end and now they are refusing to do refunds when your food isn’t delivered if you’ve met a max. My second to last experience the dash handed me my order than turned around and urinated on my property as I was still outside. As a female I felt very unsafe. They tried to offer me a 10 dollar credit. No that employee shouldn't be allowed to dash anymore. They ended up giving me a credit for my full order plus an apology credit which is what I was using this time when the Dasher I guess couldn’t find my apartment so they delivered it three streets down with no picture. DoorDash refused to do a re-delivery or even a refund until I freaked out. Needless to say this is my very last time using DoorDash and I mean that. Worst company with a Dashers that are a threat to people safety.

I’m reviewing DoorDash as a Dasher. 1. Support is horrible, typically you get a chat bot which is obviously gonna be bad, but even their live support is seriously weak and lacking. They can’t do much of anything except report it to another team. Worthless. 2. They skim tips!! I’ve had people i know order from them and i delivered it but i wasn’t given the total tip, i only received part of it from doordash. This happens frequently. 3. Their rating system is unfair. Anyone can report you on an order regardless of how long ago it was. I recently had someone say their entire order from a week earlier was missing but i have photos to prove it was delivered. This customer waited a week to say she never got her order.. that’s straight up BS and a blatant lie cuz i have the drop off pics. Why wait a week to say you didn’t receive anything? DoorDash doesn’t give a f&@k, they just lower your rating and send you less offers before investigating. I don’t think they even investigate like they say they do. Obviously, support for this issue was completely incompetent as usual. 4. They will send you $3 deliveries to ship for 15 items and then drive 20 miles to deliver. Off you decline then they send that same order right back to you so you have to decline again, and again. This undoubtedly lowers your acceptance rating. ** here’s a tip for customers: if you want great service then tip accordingly. No yip means you’re a cheap mf and you’re likely gonna have problems with your order. Off you can’t afford a few dollars to tip your delivery person then you shouldnt be ordering from DoorDash. 5. Alcohol deliveries are a joke.. nobody looks at the persons id, they just scan the barcode it and give you your booze. It’s a real racket.. anyone who looks close to 21 can get alcohol by using any other persons id. 6. The pay in California is still less than minimum wage when you consider the cost of fuel. 7. Don’t use DoorDash and don’t work for them either. You’ll be happier
