Abusive driver ,using foul language! Thats about what you expect at this point. Dressed sloppy , poor representation of any brand. This just happened at a Starbucks in Chelsea MA

Would leave 0 stars. They allow your orders to be 60 minutes late. If you acknowledge when something is wrong or missing they state you are thr problem and won't issue refunds. It's essentially a scam and huge waste of money. Grubhub is a much better option. I switched to Grubhub and I love them!!!

J and d food truck a 8.99 delivery fee in the same package that everyone gets the food in plus bag and doordash delivered the order . QUIT RIPPING PEOPLE OFF !!!!!!!!

I'm trying to write a review about Doordash. I was sent a gift card for use on the Doordash site. I ordered from a place called Melt Down in Las Vegas. I tracked my order via Doordash and their site showed my order was being made and delivered. Within 15 minutes of supposed delivery I tried calling the restaurant and that phone number connected me to Denny's. I contacted Doordash and they did reimburse me, however my question is why do they have an out of business restaurant on their site and why does their site track my order for something that can't exist because the restaurant doesn't exist. Good question right? False advertising and then some. Oh how I wish there were more like me for a class action lawsuit against Doordash.

At a driver for doordash, I swear it's not worth. Many times they offered amounts to deliver, but when I completed delivery, the amounts were lower than what they offered. Like one time I got an offer deliver 15mil for $12.25, but when I completed I just got $8.25. That is stealing money from me. Very đź‘Ž

Only part of my order showed up. They thought they were doing me a favor, by crediting me, that I already paid for. I tipped very well, my dasher didn’t care and couldn’t help me, bc he said he didn’t speak English!!!

1st time user had my credit card company deny as I was out of State. I called CC company up and they told me it should go through. Tired again but doordash still didn't go through and NY CC company said they didn't reject it. I tried 2 other cards and still a no go. Got an email stating that my account was deactivated because I did something wrong today even after I called for help last night. Bad app

The trip the I’m sent to get the food is way to low u loose out they send u trip that’s 15 miles out for 14 dollars. That’s a 10 dollar trip back and fourth. And looking for a cheap gas station doesn’t help You can It’s never gives you enough to get you there and back and earn It’s just not enough money to get back and fourth the cost is basically put money Bach as gas and earn 2-4 dollars every trip

DoorDash has demonstrated a systemic failure in holding their drivers accountable for failure to perform their job. There have have been 5 instances in the past 2 months where the dashers have shown that they are incapable of reading a receipt and insuring they deliver the ENTIRE order. When the receipt clearly says 4 PIZZAS and you deliver ONLY 1, how do you not notice that? If you lack that level of reading comprehension, how TF did you get a drivers license?!

I am unhappy with both DoorDash and the merchant. I submitted a $35 order for pickup through Caviar, and received emails that they received the order. At 6:16p I received an email that the order was ready. At the restaurant, the OPEN light was on but the doors were locked. Others who were there to deliver orders began showing up, we knocked on windows and we left. At 8:03p, DoorDash called and left a message that the order was ready for pickup. DoorDash claims that they sent me an email at 8:15p that the order was picked up, but they did not send that email and I did not pick it up. We had eaten a lovely carryout from a Plan B. DoorDash refuses to refund my money. BOO!!

One driver picked my order up and then dropped it so I waited an hour for someone else to pick it up. My food was cold and that's not restaurant fault. It was because door dash let drivers pick up and drop orders that we pay for the service and extra fees for!!! Not professional

The driver couldn't speak English. He didn't know where to go at the MGM in Las Vegas. When I placed my order, I clicked on the MGM ARENA'S address. There are 2 entrances from the street. I messaged the driver asking him to go to the gaurd station at the arena. He messages me back in Spanish. I translated it through Google, he wrote he doesn't have online directions . I called him He couldn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish..I had no clue where he was. The MGM is a big property. If you're going to send a driver out make sure they have Google maps or some kind of map service. Also, is speaking English too much to ask? Or having enough sense to use Google translate? The driver was just lazy and a big waste of time.

Chicken was cold French fries soggy order two sauces got none. Driver didn’t have the courtesy to ring the doorbell just left in the front steps. Not good if trying to actually earn the gratuity. If they are in the business of delivering a hot meal one would think that they would able to. Never Again. Don’t do this

Door Dash is a typical company that only looks for the profit margin. Many of the drivers recently do NOT speak English but call me for directions to my house demanding I speak Spanish! Out of frustration, i pace outside my house looking for the driver. After several times of getting calls from drivers asking me to speak in Spanish, I called Door Dash folks. What is going on? Why do the drivers not know some basic English? The guy actually told me Door Dash does NOT expect the drivers to speak English. When I inquired as to why this was the case, he said because English is NOT the primary language in America!!! Uber Eats , folks. Here I come.

Anyone ordering using door dash, make sure you review your order before submitting. If you order from places like Subway, Panera, Jimmy John's, etc. When you order and it asks for additions or subtractions you want on sandwich do not use up/down buttons to move list. It changes your requests.as it moves selection up or down the list. Learned this the hard way today. Other than that I have had no Problems with door dash in my area.

EVERY time I have used this service, things have been forgotten from my order. Anything from requested cutlery to side dishes or parts of the main order. Considering the extra cost, not worth it.

I am angry that DoorDash requires a credit card to be stored on their website. There is no option to save or not save. In the past, I had a charge on my account for an order that I never ordered and it was delivered to an unknown address. I will never use DoorDash again.

They are fuckn terrible. This is the second order they screwed up. I've been waiting for my food and supposedly someone picked it up but it has not been delivered. NEVER AGAIN DOOR DASH
