I ordered daves hot chicken and the dasher put order complete but I never received the order. I even text the dasher and told them that I didn't get the order but they didn't respond. I called doordash but they wouldn't do anything about because of so.e new policy. I spent $45 on my order. I will never order from doordash again.

Be aware, even you order only once, they'll start to bill you monthly $10.46 for subscription you never signed for!

Be very careful DoorDash steals from their customers I have made a complaint with Attorney General‘s consumer fraud department. They gave me credit and they really didn’t give me credit. They still charged me $35.40 for my Aldi order. I didn’t get two bags of chicken. They said they were crediting me $20.10 and they took it out of my bank account so they got paid three ways DoorDash our thieves.

Every time there is something missing. Sealed bag but no cole slaw and no sauses. Try and tell door dash and the site is down. Happened mutiple times.

I order DoorDash DAILY as I travel for work and I also make use of the Dash Pass and ive had the membership for awhile. I order my food and verify the address and delivery instructions are correct every time I order. Last night I made an order and it shows the food has been delivered. I go outside my door and its no where to be seen. I walk around the entire building and its no where, and the dasher never left a picture. I made a refund request that was denied and when trying to appeal the denial, that was denied as well. So in turn, DD stole my money and I was left having to pay the bill as I am remberced for my spending while working. Thanks DoorDash. Needless to say I no longer have a Dash Pass.

Stupid. idiocy, incompetent, unhelpful, sorry is not enough when you order & at pick up it is out of stock, how could you order then and pay for it to begin this is the core of your life! You need to have a pick up first in order to deliver something from pint A to point B dumb

Where do I start.... firstly driver delivers the order to the wrong address, so contact doordash and they say they can't contact there drivers then I'd have to wait 10-12 business days for a refund so I had to reorder the order to then wait over 2 hours for my order. Which never got delivered as doordash supposedly had no drivers nearby on a Friday night near an airport close to the city as well..... then have to cancel my order to then be told id have to wait again 10-12 business days for a refund. Seriously doordash, your the worst to order through!! Would not recomend their service!! Worst service ive ever experienced!!

I ordered food from a restaurant through DoorDash called Juicy Crab and it was rotten. Me and my sister are sick. Customer service stated policy is they can only refund me. I just feel like something else should be done. I don’t know who in their right mind would serve food of this magnitude. This was definitely a no go. Pictures below are suppose to be the so called potato’s.

DoorDash is a bunch of crooks they charge you double for anything you wanna order do not order from DoorDash stay away. They are going to charge you and they don’t credit your account. If you’re smart, stay away from this company oh my gosh, what a bunch of crooks.

I’m a dasher and I just recently reached platinum status less than two weeks ago and I’ve already been dropped from platinum status because of violations that is out of my control when clearly they can see I communicated with the customer and it still gave me a violation and also I’ve made a purchase on my door dash card and it took my money and told me I had to wait 45-90 days before I can get it back and I still haven’t received it

I ordered groceries and food on this app and the delivery people ate theives they mark the order as delivered and you are left with nothing. DoorDash customer service is non existent and will not refund you the stolen items.

I would give Zero if I could. I had ordered Thai Fried Rice and a bunch of bananas, at St Paul on Tuesday. I get a picture of a bag, left on the floor outside the hotel's front door. When the hotel staff picked it and called me, there was a bag of opened chips in the bag, drinks I didn't order and no bananas. The hotel staff told me to not eat the food as it was left on the ground. I send an email to doordash with the picture they closed my case as resolved, with no refund. When I called to report today, the representative was so rude and said the case was closed, I asked to speak to her manager, she said I had to know whom I have to speak to, what is that supposed to mean. This is unacceptable. I just closed my account, to receive a call from the supervisor to say, he noticed that I had closed my account, if it had been open he would have refunded the money. He is not understanding it is not about the money but poor service and lack of empathy. Who leaves the food on the ground outside the hotel door ? This is beyond me! I will never be using your service again.

This is for all the people leaving bad reviews on the Dashers first off. I want you to know that it is not the Dasher’s fault that the items are missing from your bag before the Dashers leave. They ask if everything is correctly in the bag the store says yes they staple the bags and you are not allowed to open them to check so when you’re leaving a bad review for a Dasher, please be kind. It’s not them. It is the store or restaurant that is messing up your order. You need to give a bad review on them not the Dashers. They are trying their best to get you your order, but sometimes it is not their fault. I’m sure that yes they have messed up before not saying that but mostly it is the restaurants fault that your order is messed up not the Dasher. They are not allowed to open your bag. Just remember that the next time you give a Dasher a bad review because you order wasn’t correct. 😬

They changed the address of my order and when the driver called, he spoke no English which is fine, but made it impossible to tell him he was a mile away. He dropped it off at wrong address and left. Two hours waiting for dinner. Doordash said it was restaurants fault and told me to call them. Passed the buck. They suck

Get a random bill on my credit card, have not ordered anything through them in over a month. My bank is showing the charge and doordash says they can't find the charge. So I'm out 9.99 for nothing? Worst customer service. Doordash needs to get things fixed.

I'm very disappointed, doordash cancelled my order and they do not issue refunds to original form of payment. I will never use this service again aside from there credit they force you to use.

Canceled order without calling me. Spend 155.00 and they will reimburse my money in 5-7 business days. No food, no money. Horrible customer's service. Don't use this service.
