Driver turned up with order from PNut, we went outside to collect the order and the driver drove off never to be seen again. Spent 20 min on the phone to the restaurant. We will never use any takeaway that uses doordash

I can't believe this company! I've only used it twice now. The first time, I ordered instant pudding I got cook and serve. I ordered a second time to order instant pudding I needed for a recipe. I threw in a few other items that I didn't really need just to make it worth delivering. I got cook and serve again! Only thing the company offered to do was put a credit on my account which I will never use again! You would think a company their size would try to make right two errors on the same product.

Stop letting doordashers pick up multiple orders at once. Every time I get a message that says your door dasher is currently delivering other orders I want to scream. What that means is my food will be ice cold upon delivery

Not me, my neighbor. Cigarette in mouth, left food on the porch, in the snow, didn't knock, i assume there was a text sent. But Not everyone lives on their phone.

This company sucks. They are absolutely the worst. They take orders, promise a delivery time, deliver late (really late), the wrong food and get lost often. They are the worst. Do not be a fool and order from this bogus company!!!

When I placed my order it stated 19mins It took an hour All food was ice cold, inedible! Two milkshakes were not delivered! Dasher was clueless when I asked about my shakes. He said they’re in the bag. I said how they putting shakes in bag with hot food? He said they do that. I opened the bag, no shakes! Again he was clueless and told me to ‘call’ DoorDash. I asked if he had the number. He said in the app. There’s no number in the app! We couldn’t enjoy that cold food and you can’t warm it up properly either! I asked for full refund and got less than half!! The app forces to accept it or get nothing! I’m done with DoorDash!!

Placed an order at 5:30, from a restaurant less than 15 mins away. When tracking the order, I noticed that the courier name kept changing and the delivery time kept sitting at 23mins. After an hour of waiting , I cancelled the order and I got a refund. I then ordered a pizza at about 6:40pm. Around 7pm, I received a text that the driver was approaching to deliver the first order. I called the driver and tried to explain that the order was cancelled and not to deliver it, but he kept saying “it’s coming “ and hung up on me. I called doordash customer support and told them that the restaurant had already given me a refund and that I didn’t want the order. He stated he would call the driver, and have it cancelled. About 7:35pm, there’s a knock on my door and it’s the doordash driver, I attempted to explain to him again that the order had been cancelled and he said no English. So after a few mins I just pointed at the bad and shook my head no and he left. I’m not ordering from any restaurant that doesn’t have their own delivery drivers anymore. You show up 2 hours later with an order that has already been cancelled and on top of that, you don’t speak English. Why are you allowing people who can’t speak English to deliver.

I got a wrong order, and Door Dash never give me the money back. They said they will return a minimum amount on my bank account and the rest they will put it in credit and none of those were done.

THEY DON'T DESEREVE EVEN ONE STAR. DONT TIP THESE PEOPLE. THEY STEAL FOOD OUT OF YOUR BAGS. THEY CANCEL AND STEAL THE WHOLE ORDER. DRIVERS ARE A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS. DO YOU REALLY WANT ONE TO COME TO YOUR HOME???

Received part of my order. Called to get the rest. Talked to a lady in the Phillipines that had no idea how to resolve my issue. I asked to speak to her manager, still waiting for this call. Terrible! Never again doordash!

I have been a Dasher for almost 2 yrs holding 5 star rating with no complaints until I received a deactivation notice for low acceptance rate. It's really funny how I've gotten this notice for 2 yrs for not accepting low pay runs and never got violations. For first time ever, I was directed to upload my picture/driver's license and strangely, the next day(as a VIP driver) I was let go and the appeal was denied the next with not even 24 hr reconsideration. I can't help but wonder if my skin had been a lighter color would things had been different 🤔.

Have been using DoorDash for about 6 months. Every other order is delivered to the wrong address on another floor in my building. Most of the time no one is at home, so by the time I locate it, everything's ice cold. Can't get my tip refunded when this happens. Ridiculous, and the reason I will never use them again.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. We’ve been loyal DoorDash customers for a couple of years. Lately we’ve had issues with not receiving our deliveries. Today we ordered, the dasher delivered to the wrong address, called the dasher immediately several times who did not answer and simply texted 2 minutes after delivery “I’m not in the area anymore, sorry.” I called DoorDash wanting a redelivery and refund because none of this is okay. They’re telling me I cannot get a refund, only DoorDash credits. Are you kidding me? I will never use this company again and I’m going to review this company on every website I can.

I've used doordash because I am disabled and cannot always drive. This last order is the last time. If there is a promo code, and you cancel (even if it's due to no one taking the order for almost an hour), that promo code is then gone. And I was forced to use the credit returned to my account to get fewer items, as well as a necessary item I did not really want. I did not have the extra money required to make up for the loss of the promo code after I canceled my order due to their problems. Contacted customer service and they are useless. Then was asked a tone-deaf question - I'm sure it's because both agents I chatted with are Indian. I took off my payment info and deleted my account. The only time dashers are consistent is if you tip them highly or you get actually nice dashers, and that is not feasible with all the unnecessary fees. The last few orders I got for food were cold, soggy, and sad, and the tip was reasonable. I get the dashers need to make money too, but the entitlement to expect a huge tip for maybe 1 dollar worth of gas is insane. So I've learned my lesson and will just eat at home or get pick up (without doordash) when I can, including grocery items. I don't like being scammed. I tried dash pass and it wasn't even worth it unless I tipped highly. Way to drain anyone's bank account! Unacceptable! 0/10

With what I witnessed yesterday at the Outback in West York PA I will never ever use Door Dash. A door dash employee was picking up an order and her car was accidentally scraped in the parking lot. Accidents happen. But this girl (20 ish) and the person riding with her got out and proceeded to hurl profanities at people for almost an hour while waiting for the police to arrive. They gave false statements. But totally changed when the police arrived. These employees of Door Dash bordered on psychopaths. And I have the video with sound to prove it. If this is what you hire no wonder your ratings are under two stars. Shameful !
