I'm extremely frustrated with DoorDash. A checkout issue led to a payment method problem, which customer service couldn't resolve. Deleting my account was a hassle, and I still haven't received confirmation. My biggest concern is removing my payment method, which I don't feel secure about. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Canceled my dash pass today! Nothing but issues everytime I use door dash. If my food is wrong and I ordered from you, then you assume responsibility when the order is incorrect! Supplied pictures of my order that was completely wrong and cold ( who what's cold fish?) And for my $20 plus tip order I was refunded $3. This service is horrible and the people driving for them are ignorant, irresponsible, and illiterate!

Doordash has constantly been going downhill for so long now. fees have gotten ridiculous, orders are CONSISTENTLY wrong, and their new gimmick seems to be ignoring LOCAL locations so they can charge more to deliver cold food from a further location. Locations that I KNOW are open mysteriously are unavailable, then distance fees get tacked on. Not to mention their "small order" fee where you have to buy unnecessary items because the price is the same either way! waiting on my final order using up the last of my "screwed up order" credits (because of course, cash back was not an option) and then I am DONE with doordash.

Scammers stole money off money credit cards and refused to pay back don’t ever save ur cc on their app .. not trustworthy I’ll never use their app again

This app will stop you from making a certain amount of money . Let’s say you get 2 orders in 1 hour and the total you made is 51$ . For the next 2 hours they will send you nothing but 3-4$ orders so that way they dont over pY you even though there is opportunity for higher orders . Door dash is a scam good for about 100$ a day depending where you are z

If you want your day ruined Order Doordash! Order was completely wrong and inedible. They asked for photos, sent them. I was refunded pennies for something that I didn't even eat!

The last two orders have been missing drinks Is the dasher in such a hurry that they don’t pick drinks up or are they thirsty and keep them I would like for once to get exactly what I order Decided to cancel my membership Today!

We ordered thru doordash for delivery yet we never received our food,yet we were charged $98.00 for food we did not receive. I called doordash and asked them specifically why they charged us and was told the order was take out. I ask the customer service person why would we call them for take out? If it was take out i would just call the restaurant. Doordash denied us our money back for food we never received. I know another word for this its called stealing. They decieved us stole our money. I advise anybody using doordash to be careful of their unethical practices. Be very cautious of the doordash company, They are deceitful,thieves and have no reservations on tricking you out of your money.

Items were dropped off at the wrong building/apartment. I called the dasher on the phone, and he argued with me about them being at the right spot where the GPS took him. I had to constantly tell him that is not my address, I had to go search for them myself in 0° degree weather with the wind chill that was forecasted as feeling like -23°. I had to walk 3 apartment complexes in order to find my items that were luckily not stolen while I was freezing for 15 mins outside with health conditions.. Never had this issue before with other dashers. This dasher, who was supposed to deliver my items to me tonight, was a different person. Doordash agents told me they would refund me, (twice now), failed to refund and one of their agent's argued on the phone with me today when I called to complain. Said I didn't meet their policy.... this is my first complaint I'm filing. I'm seriously thinking about taking them to court about this. This is crooked and ridiculous. The lady on the phone told me pretty much she can't do anything and was very unprofessional over the phone, being rude and arguing with me. Do BETTER DOORDASH.

They delivered an inncorrect item. Called customer service and would not refund what was paid for an item that was incorrect. Will never order from Door dash again.

Door dash accepted my order despite there being no dashers in the area. This was the last of my money til payday my fridge had broken and I needed to feed my kids so we ordered it took me 2 hours of a run around, speaking with 3 different agents, trying to find out why my food wasn't delivered at which point everything else was closed and the refund wasn't available for 3 days. I asked to speak to someone about their website accepting my order because they have refused orders in the past when they aren't able to deliver and I was rushed off the phone without being given anyone yo escalate the situation.

I was charged by a driver that couldn't find my place. Must of scribbled my name and kept my beer. Hour later a driver after ordering again had no problem. This wasn't first time got charged and no delivery.

My daughter ordered food for 4 people. The delivery driver apparently picked up two bags of food per the picture. He delivered only one bag. When my daughter reached out to him he kept handing up. I fault door dash for the unethical behavior of their delivery drivers. Not only should door dash provide a refund they should not give the driver the tip as it should be given back to the consumer. Door dash should in these cases penalize the driver but making them cover the cost of the food/refund. To reward bad behavior with pay and tips sends the wrong message.

DoorDash is terrible my order got cancelled 3 times and they would not give me a refund to my card the screwed me over on $18.05 cents I’m very unhappy and I lost my money because they will not deliver anything else to me
