I’m placed an online order with DoorDash. My food was picked up yet. The driver canceled my order and I received a text that the restaurant was unable to “fulfill my order” and when I spoke to the restaurant in actuality, the driver had picked up my food and then canceled my order. Therefore stealing food and inconveniencing the customer.

I live in an apartment and am 83 years old. DoorDash dropped my groceries between doors at the from of my building and I had to carry them inside and up to my apartment on the sixth floor myself. Will never use them again.

I have never received my pizza order correctly its either the wrong order or the dessert brownies are always missing. Doordash is a total joke.

The worst app I have installed. They stole from me. I ordered from Aldi. The delivery person stole one bag with 10 products, and they only gave me $12 back. They stole $80 from me.a

DoorDash is trash. I often deal with issues related to missing items, and bare minimum assistance in return. However, today I ordered pick up 40 minutes ahead form a restaurant and when I arrived, they had the "open" sign off and informed me that they had not even started on my order. So, when I asked them to cancel it, they told me I had to do it myself and DoorDash pretty much told me they would not refund me anything due to the order cancelation since the store was already preparing it. Mind you they just told me they hadn't started on ANYTHIING. And they pretty much refused to give me my money back after canceling my order on their end without my permission. It was a waste of money and time. My last straw with DoorDash.

If i could give a one I would. First time ordering and the delivery was not successful plus I talk to the delivery and got hung up a few times. Paid for meal that never was received while i was at work. Horrible and I will never order from here again. I have a car. Dont mess with this company. Rate 0000 if I could.

I use Uber most of the time but decided to try DoorDash. I received the wrong order. Both the food and the receipt on the bag were incorrect and not even close to what I ordered on the site. I responded for help immediately. The only response I got is my asking for help was rejected. Based on what? I got the wrong food, simple as that. I could not find any customer service to call. Scam at the least. No one reviewed my request. Uber always takes care of this and give effort. Unbelievable. Never again.

Ordered food from Aldi .I was told it was ready to be delivered 10 minutes later I was notified it would be delivered from another store.They then cancelled the order all together.My last order was supposed to arrive on the same day but I didn’t receive it until 24 hours later.Not good enough.I was given a credit but I’m reluctant to use it due to your atrocious service.

I ordered subway paid for combos didnt get anything but the sandwiches. There is a phone number under the help tab nobody answers. As a personal shopper for online customers I pride myself on making sure my customers get exactly what they ask for at the highest quality. What's the purpose of being an online company but not caring about the customer. If you're not concerned with if a customers gets the product they are paying for at the highest quality from your company then what is the purpose of being an online company. Your customers are what keeps and makes the company run.

Yesterday I did a double dash order around 10 for checkers and dollar general. It took almost two hours for both to be delivered. Then the dasher Jose told me they sent him to checkers first. So my order sat in his car with no seal in the bag. Spent $22 for the whole order to be cold and ice had melted in the soda. Doordash only issued $6 credits out of $22. I'm livid cause my whole order was cold and not eatable. I sent in photos and everything. I am highly upset with the outcome. When my dash pass is up I'm done with doordash.

YOU GUYS SUCK BAD. YOU NEED TO START CHARGING THESE DIFFERENT PLACES FOR EITHER NOT DOUBLE CHECKING ORDERS OR SOMETHING. IM TIRED OF NOT GETTING WHAT I ORDER AND YOU GUYS SUCK SO BAD ON YOUR OWN CUSTOMER SERVICES. I ORDERED TODAY AND DIDNT GET EVERYTHING. POPEYES SUCKS AS WELL. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR A SHRIMP TACKLE BOX THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE AND PAID FOR IT.

Terrible customer service was provided once I encountered an issue with an order that I placed using Door Dash. I will not be using their services in the future. I used door dash at least once a week and it was a great service until I required assistance and received terrible treatment.

I ordered from doordash and was delivered 2 out of the 9 items I ordered!!! I contacted doordash, they said there is nothing they can do. I contacted the merchant. They said whoops we made a mistake come get your items before we close...

Door dash drivers should make sure the package delivered gets to the recipient. I live in an apartment building that is secure. The package was left outside the door. It could easily have been stolen. The driver did not bother to call me to tell me it was outside. Very poor customer service.
