As a DoorDasher I don’t recommend anyone to be driver.Just one negative star can ruin your wages ,Their customer service representatives don’t speak English,and if you do get someone who does,it’s really hard to understand as they have very heavy accent.I would give 0 stars if I could.

One of the worst delivery to use for delivering food . Please use Uber Eats , it’s A little more expensive where delivery fees are concerned , but Uber eats is more reliable. I will never use DoorDash ever again.

I placed an order on DoorDash for pickup, and when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told they’re no longer participating with DoorDash. They refused to honor the order I had already paid for (about $40 for a couple of rolls) and said I would need to place a new order with them directly and then “call DoorDash for a refund.” I decided not to pay $80 for a couple of rolls. When I got home and contacted DoorDash, they told me they couldn’t refund me because the restaurant’s system showed the order as already picked up-which is impossible, because I never received anything. I then emailed DoorDash and never heard back from anyone, so at this point I had to open a dispute with my bank. What exactly did I pay $40 for? I never got any food. I’m not volunteering $40 to DoorDash or this restaurant for absolutely nothing. This is honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never had to pay for something I didn’t receive up until now. Do better DoorDash.

DoorDash customer service really really poor, I waited 2 hours in the phone trying to get in touch with someone, my intention was to complaint about DoorDash drivers when they come to pickup food they are so rude, aggressive and disrespectful, 98% of DoorDash drivers comes into our business yelling, disrespecting my employees (most teenagers/first time job) who works at FOH and due to the harsh of DoorDash drivers employees starting to quit because they can’t take the bs they bring on, well, I see why it is going like this there’s nobody taking care of this

Worst company! We received cold, stale food and their refund was a lousy $9 for 2 meals that were not good! We are canceling are membership. Never agian!

I ordered a special dinner from the cheese cake factory. The cost was over $100.00. The chicken was badly burned. I asked them to pick it up. They offered me a $5.00 credit. I would not replace the meal. It was a complete wast of money. We could not eat the chicken it was not fit to be consumed.

I ordered a pizza the wrong one was delivered and they only want to issue a partial refund which dosent cover another pizza.been going back and forth fy an hour trying to get my money

order was wrong. they advertised buy one get one thru their site for the grocery store that I ordered.....I got none of the buy one get one and was charged for both and got stuff I didn't order and stuff that I ordered I didn't get. and they want to give me just credit for one item......then charge me another 7 to get it to me....for their mistake.....NOOOOOOO thank you.......you suck.

I am experience a fraudulent experience with DoorDash. They had a major data leak and it seems now that random people are assigning my name and phone number to their orders. I am getting doordash calls from people in other provinces, over 500km away asking me what I should do with their orders or what my buzzcode is. I even get app links from doordash.com (verified through certificates) showing me the progress of orders I never made, usually followed by a call from some irate driver wondering what my buzzcode is or where I am located. Ive been calling into doordash fraud support and they keep losing my tickets, saying it has nothing to do with them or asking me to contact the vendor - but they wont tell me who the vendor is unless i can skim it from the order# and info on their website after they send me deliver notices. Whenever I contact the vendor, they tell me they never input my name or number. A different name or phone number was registered for the order...so somehow doordash is assigning my name and phone number to orders with other customers info somehow (!?). They keep telling me its a vendor issue, but its been two vendors now that have both told me they never put my information in - the order was under a different customers name. I dont even have an account with doordash! Im just trying to get them to stop harassing me!

Hi, Included with my order (on November 13, 2025 - super time) was "order 1 regular poutine and get one free, order 1 falafel and get one free". So, I addition to 1 Royal Kabab Plate and 1 mixed Shawarma plate, I order the poutine and the falafel. I didn't get the free one of each. Neither Doordash or Jesrulem Shawarma gave me a solution, after I called them. Each one, Doordash and Jesrulem Shawarma, were blaming each other and telling me to call the other. I, the customer, didn't get what I ordered, and because of the calling back and forth to Doordash and Jesrulem Shawarma, I ended up eating my food cold. I am very disappointed with the customer service provided by both, Doordash and Jesrulem Shawarma, for not being able to resolve the issue and comply with the offer and get me my free poutine and falafel order. To fix this really bad impression and experience, the least the Doordash and Jesrulem Shawarma could do, it's to provide me with the same exact order, with my additional free poutine and falafel, so I can eat it warm with my partner this time, as it's meant to be.

I never received my order. I sent this and many other texts and calls and emails to DoorDash and the restaurant: —Greetings again, You sent this after the driver said that he handed me the order: "Your Dasher, Abhishek, has confirmed that the order was handed to you. Please reach out to Abhishek at +1717_______ if you haven't received it." He lied. I did not receive my order, he left it in a public lobby as you can see in the image Abhishek sent me below. I had explicit, easy to follow instructions in my order and sent to his phone and your number on how to get to my door, which is on Princeton Avenue. I'm out $59.40 and I gave him a $10.00 tip, hoping that he would follow the delivery instructions. DoorDash is fraught with problems, people are talking about how often their orders go missing, arrive cold or sampled. I don't know how else to let you know about this incident. I've emailed, texted and called the restaurant, Mill Valley Kitchen. At the very least, revise Abhishek's tip to zero—$10.00 was way too much for Abhishek doing nothing.

Awful! First order misdelivered with a photo of some other place (not the delivery address) and when I reported it DoorDash had the nerve to deny a refund or credit. Customer service is terrible. Avoid like the plague!
