If I could leave a 0 I would. Food never was delivered. Driver claims to have delivered it but never did. Called him and he couldn't understand what I was saying. Hung up. I'm never using DD ever again. Still haven't gotten my refund either.

OMG these people truly suck! The drivers suck, the managers suck, and the CEO royally sucks! Great idea, unfortunately much of the workers in that industry don't have the integrity to make it succeed. It's either gonna crash or get bought out before it does.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIFIC AND SO IS THE REFLECTION OF LEADERSHIP MEANING THE SUPERVISORS THAT'S WHY THE REPS ARE SO RUDE AND HATEFUL REAL UNPROFESSIONAL RAN OPERATION IF I WAS THE CEO TONY I WOULD BE ASHAMED AND EMBARRASSED TRULY!I SENT THE CEO AN EMAIL THIS EVENING SO WE WILL SEE IF HE EVEN RESPONDS OR HAS SOMEONE RESPOND BACK TO ME TOMORROW MORNING! THEY'RE NOT EVEN WORTHY OF 1 STAR NO THEY LAUGH WHEN YOU TELL THEM YOU'RE GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE CEO MAYBE THEY LAUGH CAUSE THEY KNOW TONY WON'T CARE EITHER,WHICH MAKES THE JOKE ON ME NO WONDER THEY LAUGH WHEN YOU SAY ANYTHING!

Tried DoorDash. Started ok until they got my $96.00 for the annual dash pass. Then the restaurant food began delivered over an hour after ordering—arrived iced cold time after time. Shopping from food stores scheduled for certain time frames—always check out of food stores scheduled 2 hours prior to delivery—they drive around with your entire food order in the trunk and your food arrives warm, and salad sweating. They purchase the wrong product and you are charged much more money for it. We used the DashPass for less than 2 months-cancelled out account and they stole the other 10 months-refusing to refund the overpayments for services never rendered. BYW-nice to hear they recently lost a huge lawsuit for $18 million dollars! Read the reviews before using DoorDash or purchasing the dashpass—they are absolutely true. Complaints to the BBB do nothing-DoorDash does not respond-showing how very little they care about the consumer.

Not a fan of the missing food process. All they could offer was a refund till I asked for a supervisor. Felt like the blame got put on the driver even though he wasn’t the one that packed it. Don’t think I’m ordering through DoorDash again.

NO customer service at all. DoorDash accepts orders, sends orders to vendors, and WILL NOT refund order costs even though there are NO DASHERS in your area and the order will NEVER BE delivered. The app shows the locations you can order delivery from and they accept the order and charge you. Simple fix.... don't order from the vender until a DASHER is confirmed to be actually available. DoorDash should be responsible for the order, NOT the customer, when DoorDash accepts an order that can't be delivered due to their own problems.

I am writing a review in regards to an issue with my granddaughter ordering from door dash this evening! She placed an order around 8:30 for Little Caesar’s pepperoni and cheese crazy puffs. Just one order. The total came up to $8.83! The first time she ordered it took an hour for the dasher to inform my granddaughter that the store canceled her order there was no reason why it was just canceled. I called door dash on my grandbaby’s behalf because I thought for sure that she would be compensated for something that she had no control over. They informed me that she would get the $8.83 that she had coming to her. So she tried once again for little Caesar’s pepperoni and cheese crazy puffs but instead they sent her the cheesesteak crazy puffs! So here I go calling door dash once again and they get smart and say they are reviewing it and then they say they will give her the $8.83! Now I am not saying that she deserves more than the $8.83 even though I believe she does because for almost two and a half hours we went back and forth with door dash with the nonsense. I asked them if it was her age. I’m not sure why she was treated in my opinion unfairly but she was by both door dash and Little Caesar’s! She orders from Little Caesar’s quite often! And I am a loyal door dash customer!!!!

DoorDash is awful 😞 their drivers touch and eat your food. Parts of My food was missing 1-2 times. They were supposed to give me credit for the full amount but I never got it. They are liars. The bags are always open and never sealed shut because their DoorDash person touch your food and eat it !

I ordered daves hot chicken and the dasher put order complete but I never received the order. I even text the dasher and told them that I didn't get the order but they didn't respond. I called doordash but they wouldn't do anything about because of so.e new policy. I spent $45 on my order. I will never order from doordash again.

Be aware, even you order only once, they'll start to bill you monthly $10.46 for subscription you never signed for!

Be very careful DoorDash steals from their customers I have made a complaint with Attorney General‘s consumer fraud department. They gave me credit and they really didn’t give me credit. They still charged me $35.40 for my Aldi order. I didn’t get two bags of chicken. They said they were crediting me $20.10 and they took it out of my bank account so they got paid three ways DoorDash our thieves.

Every time there is something missing. Sealed bag but no cole slaw and no sauses. Try and tell door dash and the site is down. Happened mutiple times.

I order DoorDash DAILY as I travel for work and I also make use of the Dash Pass and ive had the membership for awhile. I order my food and verify the address and delivery instructions are correct every time I order. Last night I made an order and it shows the food has been delivered. I go outside my door and its no where to be seen. I walk around the entire building and its no where, and the dasher never left a picture. I made a refund request that was denied and when trying to appeal the denial, that was denied as well. So in turn, DD stole my money and I was left having to pay the bill as I am remberced for my spending while working. Thanks DoorDash. Needless to say I no longer have a Dash Pass.

Stupid. idiocy, incompetent, unhelpful, sorry is not enough when you order & at pick up it is out of stock, how could you order then and pay for it to begin this is the core of your life! You need to have a pick up first in order to deliver something from pint A to point B dumb

Where do I start.... firstly driver delivers the order to the wrong address, so contact doordash and they say they can't contact there drivers then I'd have to wait 10-12 business days for a refund so I had to reorder the order to then wait over 2 hours for my order. Which never got delivered as doordash supposedly had no drivers nearby on a Friday night near an airport close to the city as well..... then have to cancel my order to then be told id have to wait again 10-12 business days for a refund. Seriously doordash, your the worst to order through!! Would not recomend their service!! Worst service ive ever experienced!!

I ordered food from a restaurant through DoorDash called Juicy Crab and it was rotten. Me and my sister are sick. Customer service stated policy is they can only refund me. I just feel like something else should be done. I don’t know who in their right mind would serve food of this magnitude. This was definitely a no go. Pictures below are suppose to be the so called potato’s.

DoorDash is a bunch of crooks they charge you double for anything you wanna order do not order from DoorDash stay away. They are going to charge you and they don’t credit your account. If you’re smart, stay away from this company oh my gosh, what a bunch of crooks.

I’m a dasher and I just recently reached platinum status less than two weeks ago and I’ve already been dropped from platinum status because of violations that is out of my control when clearly they can see I communicated with the customer and it still gave me a violation and also I’ve made a purchase on my door dash card and it took my money and told me I had to wait 45-90 days before I can get it back and I still haven’t received it
