I ordered food off DoorDash and the restaurant made my food super spicy although I specifically ask the food not to be spicy. I called the restaurant and they admitted sending me the food spicy (the food costed me $92~ so i called DoorDash to inquire a refund, mind you i am a DoorDash member. The team accused me of doing this before (which i never did) and when i asked when i did it, they refused to tell me when i did it. I asked to speak to a supervisor who also refused to give me her name, she credit me $30 to my doordash account which i don’t want because after this treatment i do not want to order from DoorDash ever again i kindly refused the credit and they already gave it to me. The team treated me very poorly and the service was trash. They will not listen to you and DEFINITELY will not make it up to you. I asked to cancel my Dash member pass and they seem they gladly did. I was left with zero respect. And they never told me or gave any explanation as they accused me of “doing this before “ they never gave me an answer. They will accuse you. Save your money and go to Uber as there services are amazing.

My girlfriend is lactose intolerant and we received food that had dairy in it so she couldn't eat any of her order. They gave us $1 refund. You literally just robber me and made me pay for the wrong order which she physically can not eat.

My last Dasher was Jeanette walk she was very fast with my order very polite and kind and I feel like she went above and beyond so I wanted to say she was awesome and anytime I ordered from Door dash I will make sure I request her!! Alex Brown

Inserted door dash was left at someone else door. My order was $30. Door dash refunded me $6.00. I called customer service said that’s all I get. Huh!!!!!!!! I wanted my $30 back since I never got it are u crazy ????

Since when did DoorDash deliver multiple orders by the same driver from Tim Hortons? It's unacceptable that a customer should have to wait 30 minutes or more for a delivery while the driver is delivering others before yours. Living only 2 minutes from the Tim Hortons store makes it even more frustrating.

DoorDash needs to stop with their high ass service fee! They need to tell their drivers to answer their phones too. If you order French fries they won't ask for salt or ketchup. They don't ask for no syrup or butter either. So they don't ask they don't get a tip! Period!!

Door dash is absolutely awful. I paid $21 for an $8 Zaxby's order. I received my meal with only 3 chicken tenders, no fries. Like I would pay $21 for 3 chicken tenders 🙄 I sent a msg to support with pictures and they told me I couldn't get a refund or a credit. So basically it's theft because they took money for a service they didn't properly provide. I will never use them again.

Door dash has become a scam service, they no longer give refunds for canceled orders. I wouldn't recommend this app/service to anyone. Customer service is bad also.

I paid for a 23lb of litter for $12.50, but it was replaced with a 14lb box that cost $9.50. I sent a request to have the difference refunded with pictures and door dash refused. I can’t return the item for the amount I paid because it was not scanned. How did the driver check out a large box, but only give me a small box? That is poor customer service and it was only $3.00 I wanted refunded because I didn’t get the amount I paid for. Also, the delivery picture is intentionally blocked so you can’t see what was delivered.

Received my food order but not the iced tea I ordered with it, though the charge was on the receipt. I contacted ‘help’ & they gave me option of refund or credit. I’m old, handicapped & order from them daily, sometimes twice a day so accepted credit. They gave me a credit of $2.85, though I paid $3.80 for the tea. I contacted them again saying my credit should at least be what I was charged. They said determination was already settled & they would not readdress it. There are other food delivery services I’ll contact from now on.. I hope the $1 they kept is worth the hundreds of dollars weekly they’ll loose from me no longer ordering from them!

Ordered and paid for delivery from DoorDash; the order was never received. Reported the issue to DoorDash customer service. They offered a credit of 4 dollars for an 18-dollar order and wished me well. The credit would be issued on the next delivery, which will never happen. Just the worse experience ever.

Order not delivered. Doordash does not have humans to resolve issues and the bot stated that the issue was resolved with no other options offered. The restaurant contacted Doordash on my behalf and they are agreeing to a partial refund. Never mind the tip to the driver for an order that I never received and paid for.

Doordash is a very bad service after they cancelled my order after delay 90 minutes they telling me my refund will take 5-7 business days after take more than 30 minutes back and forth with live agent and no solution this is unbelievable Uber eats will refund it immediately … Share for everyone

Door Dash is thee worst place to call for your order. Delivery is too long, they don't knock on your door that your order is here, the food has been left at the door and food is cold, you have illiterate people on your phones, perhaps hiring illegals is the worst. Everybody I know in my town has had a very bad experience with your delivery drivers. You should be boycotted for giving such bad bad service.
