Very very not happy with DoorDash for deactivating my account after some time a not being able to start dashing again. I now a lot of people that’s on DoorDash I’ll be telling them about this poor service from DoorDash!

I spent a lot of money on DoorDash over the years. Maybe once a year I ask for a promotion or discount added to my account because it is so expensive. They did it once but have refused to do it again. The unwillingness to give back a little when a customer is where they lost me. Never using this greedy company again.

2 times I used door dash..both times I tipped 30.00..but half of my orders never made it here! So, only out of a family of 4..we had to split food because the others didn't get their food! WTF! Never again!

The driver came to our house and said his WiFi was not working and needed our wifi name and our password. I was not comfortable with that, so he left with the food until he could find WiFi. I contacted the driver via text and asked if he could just take a photo with his phone and download the photo after. He refused. I contacted Door Dash. Support said I had to wait for the food to be delivered. I sent them a photo of the text between the driver and myself. I explained I was not comfortable giving my passwords to the driver, Cody. After an hour of the driver having my food and not delivering, the support said I provided the wrong address. I took a photo of the address to be delivered to, which was my home. I again contacted the driver. He said he took the food back to the restaurant. I took a photo of that conversation and sent it to door dash support to provide I didn't provide the wrong address. My order total was $78.18. Door dash would only refund $10.00. Door not use Door Dash.

I did not get my food. I was called a liar by the delivery driver and by door dash. I asked for a photo proving where my food was delivered. Was told I would be contacted in 24 hours. Hungry with a mad husband with no food I already paid for...

Was still charged for a canceled order it went pending on my account for 4 days and because it was not resolved in 24hrs there is nothing that they will do. I canceled my door dash pass and will not be using there service again I get Uber eat for free anyway we just like door dash better until this when I connect with customer service they are rude and then just disconnect we'll I was asking a question very unprofessional

Consistently over charges, poor delivery, and orders are never right or on time. Very rarely will they reimburse a tithing.

The only order that was fulfilled correctly was my first order. Since then there is always items missing and you don't get refunded. All you get is a coupon that's only valid for a day. Excuse me but I paid for that missing case of water, that candy bar or extra topping that was randomly omitted. It already costs more to take advantage of the convenience and you still get ripped off every time. No more Doordash for me!

I am very upset with the current service of your drivers. I have had people steal things I have ordered from Home Depot they go to the auto scanner and steal tools forcing me to drive and return and exchange. Having my food missing multiple times. Now today I ordered soup almost an hour ago and get cold soup I have to now warm up after always paying tips pretty well. I had to call your app people twice to get them to reach them and even call the restaurant to see if the person was weird or something considering they were sitting in a parking spot with my food. How do you expect me to eat cold soup or food that was possibly messed with since they were parked for so long. Seeing others reviews online have also discouraged me from continuing you and asking for monetary pay back considering how many times you have forced me to have to fix this myself. Please do better. Please resolve this because I don’t want to go on google reviews and other apps to discourage others to use your app. Sincerely and very angry upset,.. I placed an order on Doordash with the Meijer store. And 2 of the items i purchased were on sale in the store, even though it's not showing on doordash. My total came to $25.38 only for me to receive a text this morning stating my charge was updated to $30.12 I contacted Doordash only for them to tell me that I need to contact Meijer. I did and Meijer rep told me that if a item is on sale at the store then I should have been charged that price. I will be reporting this to the FTC because that is price gouging.

As a door dash driver, the app does not allow me to save any slot longer than 30 minutes, which is frustrating because as soon as the zone is full you can book any slot, if that slot isn't already taken

The price difference between the restaurant and DoorDash was so much more than usual, an average of over $4 per meal. When I inquired it was obvious their chat folks (not even going to call them service reps as there was no service) only wanted to tell me prices were clear and transparent. Um not this time they were not. As soon as I pushed back they ended the chat. It is obvious all of there answers are pre-done and they cannot deviate from their script. Nope, just copy and paste. Not real service at all waste of my time to even contact them. I am used to paying more than the restaurant and due this we rarely use this service but today we did an it cost me about $22 more than if I had made the 10 minute trip myself. I am fine with service fees but the additional cost on the food was ridiculous. They asked me to send them screenshots of the menu from the restaurant so she could calculate it out and respectfully declined and said I was not going to do their research for them.

I placed an order last night. There was no place for an address. Apple always adds my address. They refused to talk to me. The driver was notified in minutes but didn’t go back. So $60 no groceries from Aldi’s and no compensation or apology. I will never use them again and the one who gifted it won’t use you either.

It’s a great company but what I can say is y’all need to stop making drivers do 3 orders just for one trip or at a time it’s make the wait way to long. And the food be cold.
