The delivery driver delivered to the wrong address. My daughter had ordered food for us and they sent a picture of the food to my daughter but it was not a pic of our front door. I went walking outside and saw a dog sniffing at a package on my neighbors porch. I went running over and chased it off and it was my package. I rung the neighbors door bell and asked if anybody had rung their doorbell, they said no. The order was from Applebees and they refused to do anything about it.

Last night I specifically paid extra to have my rolls made with brown rice, but when the order arrived there was barely any brown rice used and the rice itself was extremely mushy with no proper texture at all. I contacted DoorDash immediately for compensation, but my request was declined. I then spoke with multiple agents who assured me the issue would be reviewed and that I would receive an email update shortly. However, I have still not received any email, follow-up, or resolution regarding this matter. I paid extra for a product that was not delivered as advertised, and I expect this issue to be addressed properly. Please provide an update and an appropriate resolution as soon as possible.

I was charged for an order that was never assigned a driver. I was the one that noticed that no driver had been assigned, so I called Doordash, and was told that my order was cancelled and there were no available drivers in my area. When I insisted on speaking to a supervisor because I had been charged for an order when there are no available drivers, I was place on hold for an extended period of time. When the supervisor came on line, she told me that I still had to pay for my order, but could be issued a credit for a future order or wait 5-7 days for a refund. I insisted on her telling me how a delivery service thinks they have the right to charge people when they don't have delivery drivers available. She repeated told me that they had no control of the situation. I will be further persuing this legal injustice!

I had an item shipped by DashLink and even though it says delivered, I didn’t get it. Do not use companies that use DashLink for #hipping if you want to get your purchase. Terrible company

Terrible service! Promote some deals that don’t exist to make you buy more. Customer service isn’t worse and totally useless. Never again, GrubHub is 300 times better. Bye forever DoorDash!

DoorDash needs to stop asking customers for tips before the drivers get to the location. Too many drivers are getting tips and not caring about where they deliver the order I’ve seen too me dashers deliver food or other items to the wrong location and or wrong items they check to make sure items are correct if you want customers to leave a tip it should only be until the customer it’s to the location and after customer as checked to see if items correct don’t ask for a tip upfront until you get there dashers need to care about the job if they want tips..🤷🏾‍♀️

I have been a Doordash customer since 2020. I placed an order on Tuesday 28 April. They cancelled my order and I quickly received an email saying they would refund my payment to the original payment method. I got a second email saying if the charge was on my statement, it could take 5-7 business days to be returned. They gave me my return in credits. I reached out on the Doordash app on Monday 4 May, to inquire as to why it hadn't been returned to my original payment method as stated in the email. They said I took too long to ask for it to be returned to my credit card and that they couldn't give me my money back. I sent them the email THEY sent me telling me to wait 5-7 business days and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was given some "tell them what they want to hear" clown named Nada who said it would be returned to my credit card within 24-48 hours. I called Doordash on Wednesday 6 May to ask why the money was not returned to me and removed as credits. They gave me a run around and said a supervisor would reach out to me in 24 hours. I NEVER got a call back. I just got off the phone with them again, Thursday 7 May, and another clown fed me the same speech and told me a supervisor would reach out to me. I NEVER plan on using them again.

First thing I realized was that the order for the Tiramasu was missing. I contacted Door Dash to get it resolved. Then my husband and I started to eat the 2 meals that we ordered. The fries and tater tots were completely cold. We live less than 2 miles from the restaurant so there was no reason to have cold food. I called Door Dash to get compensation for the cold food and they would not compensate me because I had already put thru the issue with the Tiramasu. LAST TIME I WILL USE DOOR DASH

They're thieves. They're okay with sending out wrong food and their drivers taking it forever to get to you or making pit stops and waiting for 15 minutes. $30 order and someone else got my food that I paid for pretty much and got told I cannot have my refund. I placed my order at 9:21pm. It was to be delivered by 10:06 pm. The dasher sat at the store for 20 minutes. When I contacted the dasher she/he said tge spp was no working properly and he/she said thry where now picking up a taco order. They are still at the taco place and its now 11pm. Saying my order will not arrive until 11:30pm. That's over an hour and twenty minutes past the original delivery time. Not a hsppy customer!!!

Some how my H&M deliveries are 90% of the time by DoorDash. And every single time I get my package delivered to the wrong building. My complex has two buildings and it’s always delivered to the wrong one even though my address is clearly listed on my account as well as on the H&M package. Honest mistakes happen but ALL THE TIME?!!! Not to mention that I’ve called customer service about the same issue different and multiple times. Please educate your employees and drivers about doing the job correctly. It’s that simple!!

When given a choice between having the order dropped off at the door or handed to me, I chose to have it handed to me. Once we thought the order was at least 30 minutes late, we discovered that it had just been dropped off by the door. Food was lukewarm at best! Lesson Learned: Don't include the tip with the order. Give the level of tip actually deserved to the driver based on the level of service received.

I was a loyal customer for many years. I received the wrong order and contacted support for the order to be replaced. They refused to do so and refused a refund. I kept being told someone would contact me in 3 hours that was 2 days ago and still nothing. I even sent pictures of the burger I received that had a sticker that was clearly not my name on it, but still was refused any assistance or compensation. They lost a long time customer, time to give UberEats, since Doordash doesn't care.

I ordered four meals. My order was timely but was missing sides for two meals and mains for two meals - so about 40% of my order. I submitted a complaint with pictures (required) and within 3 minutes I was told that my request had been 'thoroughly reviewed' and denied. No explanation. Just denied. Their process requires photos. It also won't allow a subcategory to be added and won't submit a concern without one. Endless loop from hell. I tried them because of the affiliation with Loblaws. My first and last time using Door Dash Canada Back to Uber and Skip.

had to order twice from this Wendy's, due to them being out of stock of original flavor ordered. I waited for over one hour and it was given to THREE different dashers. The third dasher would not answer my texts so I called them and he handed the phone to an employee at this Wendy's who stated that they had NO FROSTYS. I should have been contacted with this information, she didn't care and I had to (hopefully) get high orders cancelled and refunded. This is horrible customer service and worse business. Do not go to the new Wendy's in Carolina Forest.

Twice in one morning, the Dasher left my food outside without knocking on the door... my dog barks EVERY TIME there is a knock at the door. We are a hearing impaired family. I wanted a refund since it happened twice. They refused asking for evidence. How do you provide evidence of the negative? You cannot prove that something didn't happen. It is unacceptable! Hearing loss is a disability. There response showed a complex disregard for servicing a customer with a disability. I order from them frequently throughout the week. I will try UberEats from this day forward. Total disrespectful response to a hearing impaired family.
