Door dash duplicated our order then just left it and now are refusing it refund it! Called customer service and that was a joke! So sad this company is so big and has such poor customer service!!

This sis the 2nd straight day that I have not received my 2nd veggie plate order. The bag was tied but not sealed! I believe that the drivers are stealing my orders. This has also happened several times before as well. I asked that the order be placed in my hands instead of dropped off, but the driver dropped it off and sped away. This is getting ridiculous and I am very disappointed with your service! Corporate needs to know this!!! This is bad business. I’m tasked with feeding my 98 yr old mom and 90 yr old uncle. But someone is constantly stealing my orders!!

Ridiculous. Doordash does not care for their drivers pay. So many orders without tips! It does not worth to spend your gas and put miles on hour car and get your car parts used for nothing !

Usually do not post but felt I needed to. Dash idiot was given an exact address and simple instructions for a food delivery placed well in advance. Got an alert the order was handed to me personally. NOPE.....some other jerk accepted my order and left 7 coworkers hangry. Door Dash did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation and when contacted....the call got disconnected and no refund....even tipped "willy"....stay far away from these thieves!

I arrived in Vegas at midnight, I barely entered in hotel there was no food, I’m completely exhausted and can’t even move because of the hunger, ordered doordash waited hour and 20 minutes, it didn’t arrived and they aren’t even returning money, currier took my order and didn’t even come here. I'm barely typing the review im anout to pass out. F…………….. youuuuuuuuuuu doooordaaaaash

Was delievered an incorrect item. Was then issued a credit for the item. When trying to reorder the same exact item as a replacement, I realized the credit would not cover the replacement. They actually charged me an additional $7 for the replacement after the credit was applied. Customer Service Rep and Supervisor refused multiple times to refund this amount stating all they could offer was an apology. I let them know they would be losing a regular customer and I would be cancelling my DashPass if they could not resolve the issue. I was offered a $5 credit. I again stated they would lose a customer of a difference of $2. They again read me the same script again about a $5 credit and an apology was the best they could do. I asked to speak to a higher level Supervisor or Manager, but was read the same script and hung up on.

I invested a total of $743k on a binary option platform after several weeks i tried to make some withdrawals to my bank but the withdrawal wasn’t successful, i quickly contact the platform costumer care via email and phone number they provided in their contact info but didn’t get a response from them that was when everything started looking weird. I contacted them and they promised to help me get my money back asked me some info about the company i invested with which I provided. The result was amazing I recovered all my Lost funds back within a space of 73 hours I was so happy as I never believe I could get my money back. I received the wrong order and sent doordash proof of pictures and receipt! My refund was denied and my reorder was denied!! I just wasted more money with DoorDash!! This is my second time going through this!!! I will no longer give doordash anymore business!

$67.00 food order was never delivered and your customer service gave me the runaround and absolutely zero help. Your driver never came to the door sped away with my food. It's theft! Your company doesn't care about it.

This company has been promising me a refund since May of 2024 due to driver error. It I now September 2024 and I still haven't received it. First call for a refund was the night I ordered. They apologized and said my refubd would be in my account within 10-12 business days. I'd make sure to give them that time, and nothing. Jump to August, and many, many frustrating phone calls later, and I now have a case with the BBB. After several back and forth communications through the BBB, DoorDash promised a credit that I accepted. I waited, and again, nothing. I contacted the BBB again to tell them the resolution had not been fulfilled, and they reopened the case. DoorDash again promised the credit, and within minutes denied the credit they just offered because it had been over 60 days. They were the only reason it had been that long. Rude drivers and customer service representatives, lies, and stealing money from its patrons is this companys standard. They hang up on you, put you on hold forever, promise refunds, and keep your money. Go through literaly any other company but DoorDash for any deliveries. Do not use DoorDash unless you want to spend months of your life fighting to get your money back when they screw up, then not receive what was promised... ever!!!

This company is a scam. I ordered over $155.00 in food and only received two plates out of 5. Plus ox tail soup plus appetizers, I was robbed by the door dash delivery person. When I called customer service I had a foreign lady tell me I would receive a partial refund in 2-3 days and I got nothing. Then when I call asking about my refund ANOTHER foreign lady stated that a “specialist team” was going to reach out to me to resolve this. Which means nothing and trying to use professional words like “specialist team” only means “specialists at lying to you to get you off the phone team”. DoorDash has no customer security in place so you get robbed from the drivers and they do NOTHING about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

Ordered door dash to be delivered in hand. I was messaged I am outside, I walked out of hotel room and stepped on my food. I had to drive and get my food at the restaurant as my tacos were crushed. On door dash chat I was basically hung up on and offered a half credit to use it on next order . I will not use service again the driver could not follow simple instructions to put food in hand instead I stepped on my dinner. Pathetic service after paying fees and tips would give zero stars if possible

DoorDash allowed another business to associate into my menu and through countless interactions -- their only answer is we requested the POS integration. After explaining multiple times through email (they refuse to connect a manager or supervisor for a call) that we would like a full explanation and who, what and when changes were allowed to be made on our account. DoorDash rep is GREAT at calling you weekly if they can see if you would like to do ads with them -- but if you need assistance, you will never reach anyone for a call. Suggest to never spend any money on their ads platform. Also raise rates on their platform to cover the high percentage charges they take from businesses. MAYBE if enough businesses shifts their marketshare to other 3rd party platforms they will make revisions to their business plan.
