“I ordered food from checkers. I received the incorrect order and DoorDash is not issuing a refund. They said it goes against their policy. I ordered a large loaded fry and Philly cheesesteak bites. I received a small plain fry and a small nugget. Both of which were half empty. Why would I be responsible for this?? It isn’t even like the food received is comparable in price. I am EXTREMELY disappointed.”

“Tried to cancel an order probably 10 minutes after ordering. Was told they couldn't guarantee a refund 100 %. Maybe 10 bucks. Was told the dasher was already at restaurant. Then a couple min later was notified they were having trouble finding a dasher. So there liars also. Do not use them”

“So after having been a doordash customer since just before covid, tonight again was yet another door dash fail, ordered food and expected it to show up like any other night, even ordered food the previous night, and it was delivered with no issue, however tonight the guy named Brian, called while I was in the shower and claimed there was no address, yet every other dasher has found this place just fine, no way I was coming outside, told him there were clear instructions, my building has the only red door on tbe block, instead I got yelled at and threatened and told he was taking my food back and ofcourse door dash makes you wait. I feel like all of us as customers need to stand up and file a class action lawsuit to ensure we don't keep getting treated badly”

“DoorDash delivered only part of my order. The driver never knocked or rang the doorbell, and claimed he called me—but the transcript just said “Safety & Security.” I don’t answer unknown or spam calls, and I was literally sitting 5 feet from my front door. When I called the driver, he told me I needed to put in the delivery notes if I wanted him to knock. That’s ridiculous. I’ve ordered from DoorDash countless times and have never had this issue. To make it worse, DoorDash support told me the total fees weren’t refundable. Between the missing items and the terrible customer service, I’ve deleted the app and won’t be using DoorDash again.”

“I ordered from McDonald's last night, I ordered two burgers and 10 chicken nuggets as part of a spend $15 and get the choice of a big Mac or the nuggets. When I received the bag all that was in it was a 10 piece of the free nuggets and a basket of fries that I didn't order. What makes it worse they wouldn't refund my money back!!!!”

“Horrible sent it to a location I dash at but have never ordered from as a consumer. Connected me to dasher support 6 different times before consumer help was given. Then they told me I have to get it 20 min away and no refund after 40 min on phone food will be over an hour old by then breakfast is past time so they couldn't fix issue”

“They gave me some discounted chicken that was pretty gross. Even had a sticker on it and then charged me full price. The corn was moldy and my ice cream was completely melted and they didn't want to give me a refund for some reason. I'm so unimpressed with doordash”

“I am so upset. I order pizza from doordash and I did not receive the proper order. Which clearly stated. I contacted the store on king st in Toronto and the person who answered the phone told me to send a email and a picture I did that for her to end up telling it doordash problem. They make the pizza . It clearly stated on the receipt from the store. That how they make it. Its the store mistake. You think they would say we will give you another one. No I contacted doordash and they refused to refund me I paid $58 dollars for two pizza and dips. But after this experience with pizza hut and doordash. My family and I will never buy from this app again. I dislike people who know they did wrong and dont pay for.”
