I am a senior and am being charged $10.49 per month for some time now for a DoorDash subscription that is not mine. I have called customer service and even spoke with a supervisor who told me he knows who's name is on the account and it isn't mine. He said even though it is my visa card Doordash takes the money from each month, they can not cancel it nor will they tell me who is using it. I thought maybe one of my grandchildren put an order in for us one day and subscribed. I have asked them and they do not have any DoorDash accounts with my credit card. One of my granddaughters has her own account and showed me it. The Supervisor from DoorDash basically told me the only way I can stop the DoorDash MONTHLY CHARGE is if I go to my bank and cancel my visa card and open up a new one. Friends and family are so upset about the way I have been treated and we are looking for other avenues to hold DoorDash responsible for their actions. It is my visa card and they know that, however, they will not tell me who's name is on the account and they will not remove my visa card number from their files. I do not want to cancel my visa card that I have had for such a long time. I am a senior and DoorDash is taking advantage of me and continuing to charge my credit card monthly. It is unfortunate because a lot of seniors can be taken advantage of this way especially if they don't want to tell anyone what is happening to them.

Doordash does not allow you to remove your card information. If you do try to remove it you are forced to add another card on the account. App is not even compatible with my phone. I am trying to delete my account so my card information is not floating around and it won't accept the verification code. I only set up an account because I got a gift card from someone So basically I'm stuck with a doordash account.

My food has been delivered to the wrong address many different times with DoorDash the drivers are usually nice but I feel like DoorDash need to have a better system with having thorough confirmations of the addresses they deliver to, dishonest people are eating food for free that someone else paid for, I usually don’t have a problem getting a refund, but the point of it all is that a delivery service is for convenience. It’s not convenient when the food is delivered to the wrong address and then the person or people take advantage of the food being delivered, knowing that they didn’t order it.

they deactivated my customer account, refused to give any explanation even when I called them, and insisted there is no appeals process to even try to find out what I supposedly did wrong

We called customer support for help because a card was not wanting to go on to their app even though their app says they take any and every card of the kind we have the person that we had gotten was very rude disrespectful and just downright nasty I'm filing to have them removed because if you cannot be nice to someone who's just trying to get food then you should not be working the service to help people

Everything went wrong and they dont do a damn thing to try and resolve things... chats abruptly end and then they call you to tell you, again, that there is nothing they can do.... their policies this and their policies that... can't even answer a simple questuon. Consumers BEWARE!!!!

Forgot my sandwich.. a $5 refund wasn't worth it and not eating. After delivery tip and higher prices. Then nobody cared. Never again

Order was over 30 minutes late. I paid for priority service and DoorDash refused to refund my money even though they batch my order with others knowing I paid for priority. They in essence stole this fee as they did not deliver on time and they delivered other orders first. They should notify customers upfront when they batch an order so you can decide at that time if you can afford to wait past the time you chose. DoorDash service has steadily declined and I caution anyone using them

I ordered a large and medium pizza and received 2 medium pizzas. I called the driver, he only speaks Spanish which I don't speak. I called Marcos Pizza, he admitted making wrong size but since I ordered through doordash I had to contact the. The difference between large & medium was $4.40 but doordash would only refund $2.49. I would not recommend ordering through doordash. Very dissatisfied.

DoorDash is truly trash! They make their drivers pick up multiple orders which cause the driver to deliver cold food. They just want money not to provide great customer service. I really hate people have to rely on them to help get extra money. Then they give you credits like that’s suppose to help with the fact that I have cold food or melted Ice cream . Like ya’ll suck

Will never use door dash again because we continue to have horrible experiences. Dasher has delivered have eaten food and unsanitary trash before, a dasher has stalked my home and threatened me, and they refuse to refund me my money when the food is delivered to the wrong address. I canceled my membership and will be sure to tell my extremely large family about my experiences so that they stop using door dash also. So door dash is about to lose a lot of business for their own unprofessional behavior and carelessness. DO NOT use door dash.

YOU DID NOT MAKE ME HAPPY.............MY FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING FROM DOORDASH- THE APP DID NOT POPULATE MY ADDRESS CORRECTLY AND I WAS RUSHING THIS MORNING TO NOTICE- I PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY $2.99 ADDITIONAL- THIS IS NO DISS ON THE DRIVER SHE WAS WONDERFUL HOWEVER IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG HOUSE.. I CALLED TO SEE IF I COULD JUST GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THE FOOD- NOT THE TIP OR THE EXPRESS THEY TOLD ME NO!!! I WASTED $32.01 FOR FOOD THAT SOMEONE ELSE ATE!! I AM ONLY GIVING THE STAR TO THE DRIVER AND NOT TO THE COMPANY-SHE EVEN WENT BACK TO THE HOME THAT IT WAS DROPPED OFF AT BUT OF COURSE THE PEOPLE GOT IT.. SO THIS WILL BE MY ONLY FIRST AND LAST TIME GETTING DOORDASH...TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scum . Put an order in , they had two people assigned to the order that was disappeared it's been over an hour and they're still waiting for someone and they still expect me to eat cold food. I asked her refund I will never use doordash again they're idiots

Absolute garbage, from the company and its customer service, to the dasher who doesn't know how to knock on your door to let you know that they are there. And had a missing item, called customer service, and now it's automated. This company is TOTAL GARBAGE.

Put in an order on the app, after an hour called customer service and the restaurant. DoorDash told me that the charge that was on my card would be refunded and to re-order through the app which I did. Then I noticed a $55 charge for talking to a tech expert! Absolutely ridiculous! Never again.

I ordered a meal at 12:10 the estimated delivery time was twenty minutes. The driver accepted multiple deliveries at once. And my food was delivered cold due to the multiple stops. Last time I use this app.

Late order, about one hour late.. Couldn't call the Dasher, no number.. Expensive delevary fee then expensive service fee for a late drink, cold drink become warm. Also taked tips.. WTF service is that..
