Don't ever order using DoorDash. TWICE now I have ordered a COMBO. Sandwich, fries and a coke and TWICE now order came without the fries. Both the store and Doordash never check their orders before they go out.....Who the heck trains these people??? DoorDash can't speak English and can't read a GPS screen and the restaurant has NO quality control.....Done with both of them.......

I would give 0 stars if possible. Door dash is one of the worst at getting you your food. Especially when you have had to wait hours for your food. The customer support team is very rude and not understanding when I had a driver never show up for my $200 order. All they could say is wait longer. Who wants $200 worth of cold food for hours.

I ordered Popeyes. The Dasher (Keith) delivered someone else's order. I gave it back to him and he stated he'd go back and get the correct order. He never returned with my food and Door Dash refused to re-deliver or refund my money. The customer service reps were very condescending and insensitive to the issue even though it was expressed that the food was for someone with a medical issue. May be best to use another delivery service or get it yourself because the ethics and integrity of this company is horrible.

Pizza never delivered..got message from driver that he left pizza on bench by door. I don't own a bench. Tried to get refund but complaint process is a bot that told me they would not refund. I cancelled check. Never again

Your company sucks You pay peoall these tiny amounts of money like $3.75 to send them on 10 mile trips or more and when they have a 3 mile trip, The pay increases. It's not fair. You don't know the condition of a person's vehicle. Rather than they have the gas components to even complete that - There may be trying to DoorDash because they're just trying to get some gas money. And your guy's concept is backwards. You suck, you need to really improve it. You make way too much money off. Customers to shortchange your drivers.

I work at one of the stores doordash is affiliated with and i have already had 3 drivers come in for the same order, 2 people call screaming at me because either the driver never showed up or the driver forgot something(we have been open 2 hours). They do not hire competent employees and i highly suggest you dont use them unless you want you food to get stolen or for them to forget items. One lady today never got her order and the driver brought it back to the store, before this she had called doordash trying to get help and they gave her none, she had to place a whole new order and pick it up herself. And when doordash called my store they werent even going to give her a refund until i demanded they give her one. Again i HIGHLY suggest you dont use doordash.

I really feel that Door dash needs to be more understanding to the drivers. It is the workers vehicle that is being driven to death and taking their food. Also it is so unfair that Doordash drops the drivers acceptance ratings. I have seen how so customers want to pay $3.00 to bring their stuff 9 miles. Doordash is making all the money not their driver's. How selfish is doordash they remind me of our selfish government. They need to make sure customers are fully aware of how the system works as the drivers point of view. Most people ordering food don't realize all the fees that DD gets is not going to the drivers. Drivers only get the base plus what tip is given. The drivers are using their time, gas, and wear&tear of their vehicle to convince the customers ordering for just as a waitress would be doing.

Do your research BEFORE using DoorDash. I placed an order and after 1 1/2 hours received a text from them asking what hotel I was staying. I responded that I was not at a hotel and provided the same delivery address that was on the order. I also provided the security code to enter my condo building. Another 45 minutes went by and I requested a status on my order....no response so I called customer service who informed me they had a photo of my order being placed behind a bush.....no address provided. She asked me if I went downstair to see if my order was there. I responded" just to be sure I heard you correctly, you want me to do downstair of the apartment building where anyone who lives here or anyone passing by could have taken the order and why would anyone leave food on the ground where ants or other animals could get to it, and finally I never received the text you speak of" With so many companies going out of business who try their best to do a great job. Why is it that a company like DoorDash is still in business. If you choose to use them and you get scammed it is your own fault. If you gave me $1,000 I would not use them.

I am constantly dealing with driver who refuse to read the order properly so I can receive my correct order also I am tired of these drivers not delivering my orders. On top of that door dash is making me wait 12 hours for a refund from a missing order. I watched the driver pull off without dropping off my order. THEN the NEXT day a driver handed me the wrong order. I clearly wanted my order food for a specific time so I can feed my kids before we leave and now I can't because your employees fricken sucks. I hate this app just give me my damn order so I can reorder pickup from somewhere else this app is horrible. off to Uber eats I go!

Door dash has to be the worst app to order food from. They piled my order with three others, had the person dashing running (speeding) trying to get dropped off. I called and complained because my order was 20 mon late. The person said they would disciplin the driver. Who sends these drivers delivering 3 orders over a 30 Mile route? This app is the worst. Grub hub is fast, my food is always hot. Never use door dash again

They are fraudulent they steal your food and they steal your money. I will never order from this fraudulent place ever again I’m in dispute with my bank right now to get my $20.55 back because their driver didn’t knock on my door and give me my food, they gave my food to a whole Nother unit on DoorDash app. It says deliver to me and my hand not leave at the door not give to someone else give to angel and her hand and that was not done nothing was left on my porch. Nothing was given to me. My unit has my apartment number and on the app. It has my full address with my apartment number. and they don’t wanna give me my money back I spoke with the representative that was very, very rude Told me that I was going to be issued a refund and hung up in my face. I informed him that I was also recording the call so I can send to my bank so I can have all of my evidence do not order from this place, they are fraudulent . 0 stars then I happen to go back and look at my orders, and they happen to change in order saying refund was issued when there was no refund that needed to be issued because that food was delivered to me, and my hand they lie representatives are liars and cannot be trusted be aware do not order From DoorDash, you’re better off going with Uber eats

This company sucks . I have never written a bad review or a review about any company because I am not a complainer and very empathetic . For me to come out and say a company sucks , says a lot . I ordered food the other night and paid for express delivery which should have came within 20 mins . My order was 50 min late , completely cold , and my order was not right . I tried speaking to a representative who denied my request for a refund . After complaining more they brought it to another department to overview . I received an email saying they still denied my request for a refund . After using this company for the last few years and spending so much money with them . I deleted my account . Do not give this company any of your money . Big POS

Ordered a bottle of wine like have so many times in the past. For some reason the driver had technical difficulties scanning my ID. He called CS on speaker and he was told to take the wine back to the store. Whatever, tech issues happen but I then contacted CS and requested a refund and they said it they will send it someone. I call again, I get a one sentence answer and they hang up on me. Next, I get an email denying my refund! So I have no wine and am out 23.00. Never again and will be disputing with my bank. I have included a phot of nothing as that is what I received!

It's frustrating you can't add your account for specific restaurants. You also can't add simple instructions like add mac sauce to a burger. Very convenient but so limited at its best. For a huge company you should be allowed to get your food as I'd u went to the restaurant and just pay for the delivery and this is not the case. The website is beyond more at cost and without your favorite details, it only allows the basics from the restaurant and needs to partner and expand.

these asspuppets charged me 11.29 service fee on top of the fees i already paid for my order, i called, and spoke to someone in India who didnt speak english, go figure, and they told me it was the resturant who charged this, well i know the owner of said resturant, who told me he has had nurmous complaints about doordash ripping people off by doing this, so i started a facebook page to boycott these asspuppets. And i had NO choice but to give these rip off artists a star as ZERO was not an option....do not use them..Uber or Skip..but do not use these asswipes.

No refunds even when you get the completely wrong order and can’t eat it. Absolutely appalling customer service. Will never use again, UBER Eats is way better!

If I could I would give customer service a huge 0 star rating I have had issues with the dashers not delivering my food and them leaving it at random locations I contacted doordash support they said they reviewed my case but they are not issuing me a credit let alone a refund to my account. I always order from doordash there is no reasoning why I shouldn't be compensated for my orders they need a better customer service support system because now I paid for food that never even arrived...
