The driver came to our house and said his WiFi was not working and needed our wifi name and our password. I was not comfortable with that, so he left with the food until he could find WiFi. I contacted the driver via text and asked if he could just take a photo with his phone and download the photo after. He refused. I contacted Door Dash. Support said I had to wait for the food to be delivered. I sent them a photo of the text between the driver and myself. I explained I was not comfortable giving my passwords to the driver, Cody. After an hour of the driver having my food and not delivering, the support said I provided the wrong address. I took a photo of the address to be delivered to, which was my home. I again contacted the driver. He said he took the food back to the restaurant. I took a photo of that conversation and sent it to door dash support to provide I didn't provide the wrong address. My order total was $78.18. Door dash would only refund $10.00. Door not use Door Dash.
